Don't trust this ******* because i have been buying 1vouchers with only 1 R5 wheel spin win. I bought big amounts of vouchers with always "no luck". don't trust them

ALEX FORBES BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was promised update on my claim for today but nothing, i know the day is not over but to contact Alex forbes now they will get back to me next week. Please people dont use these people they useless. I dont care if they have a soft close down in December 2025 but they dont go soft on service fees so **** them. The worse Financial services ever

Alex Forbes Bad Service
I emailed Alex Forbes for assistance 6 days ago. I received a response email that my query will be attended to in 48 hours (2 days), yet no response from them to assist me. I am glad I'm taking my money elsewhere then these *********** fools. Brandon Pillay was suppose to change my details and that fool didn't do anything yet. I was with Sanlam few years ago and received the best service ever, so I guess I'm going back there.

Bad customer service
They the worst with customer service. Take forever to process two pot claims and their portal is everyweek a problem. They also take long to respond to emails. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR PROVIDENT FUND OR ANY OTHER FINANCIAL SERCVICES IM IN THE PROCESS TO LOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE AND BETTER.

Rain wifi a dissapointment
Dissapointed in Rain. I requested Rain to contact us regarding our interest in there Rainone 5g rooter. I went online and reqeusted twice on their site, i send a DM on their Twitter page and their sales wouldve made contact today with no luck. Does anyone know what wifi company we can use besides useless Rain?

Uber Eats are a bunch of *****s
I had a voucher of R100 for Uber Eats, i ordered a meal of R75 and with their charges the final amount was R99. This my voucher cover for this. The App stated i must pay the driver the R99 in cash which i dont have so i had to cancel. They still billed me for it now i have a fine on my name. Uber Eats are now trying to deduct the amount from my bank account. Why? My bank Acc is in arrears so everytime they try to deduct i get penalised on my Bank Account. They are ***** why should i pay cash when my voucher covered for eveything? DONT USE UBER EATS.!!!!!

Drivers never except ride reqeust with discount
Why am i getting discount to use Uber but the drivers except my ride, i tried 3 times wiyh drivers being very close to me but no one except my ride request.
