Company: Layr 3d Anroux Title: Defective Product, No Accountability, No Communication I purchased my 3rd 3D printer from Layer on 1 March 2024, paying cash. Within just 10 days, on 11 March, I reported several issues: The memory stick with software wouldn't extract files The machine would not level The CR Touch sensor kept flashing red On 13 March, I returned the defective printer and was issued a replacement. Unfortunately, by 21 August 2024, the replacement unit also started making clunky noises and printing poorly. I sent the printer in for repairs in January 2025, but received no feedback whatsoever until 1 April 2025 – 3 months later. The owner later claimed he was dealing with family issues and told me I would have to wait another two months before he could even look at it. During this time, I escalated the issue to the ombudsman, but the company ignored all emails and calls from them as well. To make matters worse, I discovered that the printer was eventually s****ped without my consent, and I was left with nothing. This is completely unacceptable. I paid in full for a working product and have received nothing but delays, poor service, and silence. Highpoint rentals rented us a place that was in the market. They **** and said that the owner was noy going to sell anymore. The place had no cubpards and the wooden floors were full of holes and there was a problem with the electricity.a week after we moved in i refrigerator blown because there was a leaking pipe we did warn the agency about and they did not come to fix it .all our food went bad and they said they are not taking any responsibility.we signed a contract that pets are aloud and we had a dog that moved in with us.After 2 months we heard that the place was sold and the new owner was taking over.our electricity and water was included in the contract of our rent but they told us we are not aloud to use water and the hurt my dog so i had to make a plan so she could stay somewhere else.our children were not allowed to play outside anymore and the owners daughter kept on coming in our house and looking trough our windows.times when i got home i vaught the owner lerking in my house and many off our belongings got lost.they treated us very bad and intimidated us.they put in prepaid meters and told us it is our problem and that we should pay extra.we decided to moveout as we could not afford to stay there anymore and they did not care for our safety.the promised that we will get our deposit back and still we have not gotten it back and inspection was done.we gave them back the place cleaner than it was when we moved in.it was very dirty as the owner was not accomadating to give us a clean place.my children has no food and they dont care.i will definitly not recommend renting from them they break the law.they are a ***** and they dont care about the renters only about their money.they are *******
I moved my bussiness ADSL line in October. November i got a big bill. I called in as they put on an cancellation fee to my account. December I called in again and the amount doubled. Turns out they put on an extra tin number on my account . In March i called in again. They told me it is my problem and have to pay the line or i will be suspended. Idid not do so as it was not my fault . On the 12th of April i called in again and demanded that they give my husband permission to handle my account on my behalf as i was tired struggling. The lady told me that she can help me and that the line from the previous address was never canceled. She also said she will cancel it and that she will log a dispute so they will credit me. I got an sms on the 15th that my account was credidted by 500. I called in as that was not suppose to be the case . I should have been credited from October 2021 to April 2022. She told me that she follow up. Yesterday on the 20th of April i called in. First she could not find my account and when she finaly found the dispute case on my account she told me it was resolved and that i was credited with 3000. I called in today 21 April 2022 to ask to move my line but they declined as my account was still suspended. I called accounts to query and they told me that i was only credited with 500 and that my account is still in arears. I told them I called in multipul times and everytime it is another story.She said she must log a new dispute . Now later the day i got an sms saying i will be credited with 800 more and should pay the outstanding balance. I will not pay telkom made a mistake and they should credit me with the full amount and for the 2 months that i was suspended and couldn't use my line. Telkom i won't recomment to anyone. The people behind the phone are uneducated and are definetly not qualified to do their job. Telkom can take my wifi and shufff it. I am done with telkom!!!!!
I WAITED FOR MY FOOD FOR ABOUT 30 MINITUES. TWICE I WENT BACK AND WHEN MY FOOD FINALY ARRIVED IT WAS ICE COLD. I GAVE THE FOOD BACK THEY ASKED ME TO WAIT 20 MINUTES FOR FOOD THAT THEY WILL BRING. 5 MINUTES LATER THEY BRING ME FOO THAT WAS RAW. MY HUSBAND AND I HAD FOOD POISINING FOR 2 DAYS AND HAD TO GO TO THE DOCTOR AND HAD TO TAKE SICK LEAVE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTURAUNT AS THEY DO NOT CARE FOR SERVICE AND THE FOOD QUALTY IS BAD
Swak gehalte van klientediens en printwerk.Na 2 maande wag eksteeds vir my goed om klaar te wees en die borde wat gemaak was was skeef gesny en van swak kwaliteit geprint.Hul het nie eens met my vooraf gereel en approval gevra of dit reg is nie net my geld gesoek voor geprint word en wag steeds vir die print werk wat hul my skuld.Ek het nuwe designs ingestuur en steeds is dit na 3 weke nie gedoen nie en elke keer as ek vra is daar verskonings..Die diens is swak en ek voel ek word gediskrimineer en nie as n regverdige klient hanteer nie
Kani eens praat van swak diens as jy nie diens kry nie.. Hul vat 5 dae om jou te laat weet of jy goed gekeur is of nie maar elke keer moet jy opvolg maar niemand kom terug na jou toe nie.. Dan se hul vir jou nee sorry hul hou nie plekke uit nie en maar hul laatweet jou nie eens of jy goed gekeur is of nie.. Hul hou jou nie op hoogte nie.. Hul komunikasie is eiters swak
If there was a no star I would rate it that. Really bad service. I waited over 2 weeks for my order and then products were incorrect as well. I waited 2 weeks for them to pick up damaged goods and the it is 3 weeks now still no refund. I really won't recommend buying from them bad quality and bad service. Rather try valueco.. Fast delivery and fast return policy. I waisted more money trying to call them than what they refunded
I sent in my application i never got any email or response from them.Then when i called a year later they told me my membership was cancelled because of payment not received.They never sent me an email to say thatthe premium went up .I found out they captured my email wrong it was not the same as on the application.Also they did not capture a payment that i made.When i called them they told me they can activate my account and check they payments i sent proof of payment .But my question is what about those months that they cancelled me.I paid and was not covered because their admin did not do their job right they hold me liable really bad clientelle
AT FIRST IT SEEMS A NICE GYM BUT ONCE YOU START THERE YOU WILL REALIZE THAT MOST OF THE EQUIPMENT IS NOT WORKING AND THE OWNER DOES NOT FIX ANYTHING IN HIS GYM..I WAS ON CONTRACT THERE BUT GAVE A MONTH NOTICE AS THEY TOLD ME TO CANCEL BECAUSE MY HUSBAND LOST HIS JOB.THEN THEY STARTED CALLING ME AND TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY THE REMAINING MONTHS OF THE CONTRACT.I TOLD THEM THAT MY HUSBAND LOST HIS JOB AND THAT WE COULD NOT AFFORD TO PAY IT..THE OWNER JUST DID NOT CARE.ALL HE CARES ABOUT IS MONEY AND I SHOULD KNOW BECAUSE I USE TO WORK FOR HIM..I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THAT GYM BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU ONLY THE MONEY AND MOST OF EQUIPMENT IS BROKEN AND IT IS UNSAFE.I RATHER RECOMMEND GOING TO A GYM MORE EXPENSIVE WHERE EVERYTHING IS WORKING AND WHERE INSTRUCTORS ARE TO HELP YOU
BEST SERVICE EVER.SHE MAKES THE BEST CAKES AND EVERY TIME I ORDERED FROM HER SHE COMES OUT WITH EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE.I WILL definitely RECOMMEND HER TO EVERYONE I KNOW.SHE MAID MY WEDDING CAKE AND IT WAS MORE THAN I COULD EVERY WISH FOR AND IT WAS VERY FRESH NOT LIKE OTHER CAKES THAT I HAVE TASTES THAT IS VERY DRY.VERY AFFORDABLE PRICES AS WELL AND SHE GOES THE EXTRA MILE FOR HER CLIENTS
