After years with this company we cancelled via email when our contract ended we gave a month notice. These unprofessional staff never responded with the correct steps to do to cancel and after months they decided to deduct money again. When we logged enquiry about it they said we never cancelled it online. They didn't have the the professional common sense to email us to follow up on cancelling online as well. Instead they are rude, unprofessional, and I find them to be criminals due to the fact they new the steps and didn't bother to do it the right way. Don't fall for their tricks.
Did a online booking they confirmed so that I could pay , but property wasn't available, I said they must cancel and refund immediately but no one answered the phones nor no reply on emails or social media. Ref - 15130711
We placed an order, then after two weeks asking where the order was they informed us that it was part of highjack situation, they didn't bother to do refund immediately we had to beg and beg and still no refund, we must wait now. But let u miss a payment then they want to blacklist you. We going to miss the special and it wasn't our fault. They can clear refund immediately it's just so unprofessional they ***** up not us. They ask for banking details to do 14 day trail, i have emailed and said after 14 days I'm not interested,and they still with out my permission took money out my account!!!!
I purchased a phone that I saved so long for , after two weeks the phone started freezing and i couldn't upload anything on my online profile, i logged a return for i feel i don't want it to be repaired it's a new phone that's supposed to last 4 years not 2 weeks. They refused to refund me , they actually treated me so bad at the store saying manager to busy to help me.i want a refund so that I can invest money in a better phone that works. Makro refuses to refund me.

Worst experience ever, placed order over a month ago, just to be informed they don't have stock, I requested a refund , now I have to wait 14 days. Bad service, unprofessional.
