Fossil Watch needed a Battery replacement. The Watch is 100m Water Resistant. Fossil Gateway, Umhlanga, Durban did the job of BATTERY REPLACEMENT. They done the job twice (yes 2x times) and the Watch is misting Collected the Fossil Watch on Monday 06May24 from Fossil Gateway and Tuesday 07May24 the Watch is misting again. Taking it back for the 3rd time
EPSON L365 Ink Tank Printer Suddenly while in use Printer stops and message comes up "Printer needs service. Ink Pad needs replacement." It's a simple Job to replace the Ink Pad. But EPSON have made it very difficult as You must take it to a Service Provider to do a a astronomical cost for a job that can be done in less than 10minutes. Plus EPSON does provide the Reset Software to Consumers. Why? In the "long run" the savings on ink is not a reality as this change of Ink Pad absorbs all Your savings. Cloud Lost all my Photos on Microsoft Cloud and also "gone" from my Computer. Major personal irreplaceable loss. Microsoft does not have ease if use Consumer System to recover lost files. Only a Command System complicated and slow Forces to buy expensive 3rd Party Software not sure if it will work and loss of money added to loss of Photos/Pictures ... Any have a solution?

Fixed ADSL Line forever Faulty with slow ineffective service. Seem every month we have a problem. Then suddenly "out of the blue" a call from a competitor offering a service. Fixed Line out of operation over 5 days ago. Technician came to Site and advised that Fault will be attended to. Did not happen to date and Call Center is the only form of contact. Call Center cannot help or give update. Poor service.
