Poor after sale service.
I signed up with them but changed my mind and cancelled my policy within my cooling period. Even though I cancelled on time they still deducted a premium from my account in December 2025. I have been struggling to get my refund since then. The consultants provide the same feedback, it will be processed. They should not have debited my account and now taking their own time to refund .

Dont move your fibre address
Poor service from mweb. After logging a call to move my fibre from one adress to another.. almost two weeks later the only feedback is that they want to install my fibre accross the road at another adress.

Dont use their services.
by far the worst after sales company i have had to deal with, took a contract with them, the phone arrived, but was not working, requested to cancel and they assured me the phone would be repaired or replaced, almost a week later , still no contact , no feedback, when i call them to cancel, experience the worst customer service. i now have to courier the phone back to them to have it cancelled, dont ever use their services ,

Great Service
What an awesome experience, everything was so simple , from booking to checking in to checking out, efficient way to book a vacation, we were allowed to check in earlier and check out later due to our arrival times, will definitely use Afristay again!!

Pick N Pay bad service
bad customer service, i always have a pleasant experience at our local Pick n Pay Kilburn, however this morning i unfortunately had a bad experience when i requested to make a withdrawal from the cashier. the atms were down at the time and i need a very small amount of cash for my child school, when i asked the cashier if could make a small withdrawal of only R60.00, she gave me numerous excuses saying that she did not have any cash in her drawer, but when she opened the drawer there was more then enough cash to assist me with my withdrawal, this was an inconvenience for something so simple that wouldnt have taken the cashier 5 minutes to assist,.

was recently at emerald for a week long stay, in that time, we did not have a single thing to complain about, everything was done to perfection, from the friendly staff to the facilities, will definitely be visiting soon thank you guys

Spur Service
been to this Spur quite a few times, even know the waiters by name, the service is always great, the managers always check up on you to make sure everything is great, food is always cooked to perfection, i especially like the fact they they have someone watching over the kids as they play, well done to Spur Falcon Falls in Clearwater mall
