What bad services!!!!! HQ (011) 403 4300 Picks up the call but wont dare help you. and as for (011) 833 5918 NO ONE EVER PICKS UP. EITHER PHONE IS ENGAGED, OR THEY LET IT RING NONE STOP. ALT THEY PICK YOUR CALL AND END IT.! ALL I WANT IS AN UPDATED ROUTE SCHEDULE THAT IS ALL. I was concidering moving to Metrobus but Shem!! thinking twice... even the schedules online are outdated.

Pick n pay Senaoane uses same oil to cook all foods
Pickn pay Senaoane Location Soweto. On the 14 November 2019 i went to pick n pay to buy cooked chicken hearts and gizzards and pap. I chose to buy these things because my brother whom i stay with is severely allergic to pork. My brother ate this and immediately had a severe attack. This brings it to my attention that the cooking stuff dont consider this things, hense they fry pork sausages and then use the same oil for chicken or beef. The only sign that they got "considering" allergies is by the frozen food section. I am so disappointed because now i dont know what else they put on the food they cook, bread they claim to freshly bake or things they sell which were made/prepared under the premises of pick n pay Senaoane. There is no consideration whatsoever. Im taking this here because i know 100% that if the complain is taken to the store directly, nothing will be done, i would be told that im talking nonsense. Pick n pay... Please do health check on food preparations... Are they even using clean oil or they use oil for 6 months then change it?... Are they using the same oil to prepare the rest of the food just like they did today with pirk and chicken? .one thing for sure is, i am never, NEVER buying cooked food at that Pick n pay to avoid such ever again because Case can be worse than it is right now with allergie. A severe 1can lead to death and Pick n pay wont want to be held responsible!!!!

Emails and Call never get answered. Im Vey dissapointed.
Its been 2 months Literally that i have been trying to contact Old Mutual 0860 50 60 70. I even have emails sent requesting feedback but no reply. when you call the 0860 50 60 70, its never picked up and you hold for a very long time until it cut you off. Im very dissapointed @ Old Mutual because, no Email has been replied to, calls also dont get answered. As i am typing this, i am on the line for the second time waiting for someone to answer.

Membership Cancellation was never processed.
Good day This is on behalf of my Boss. Gym Company Randburg Square, My Boss stated that he has been sending cancellation letter and even went there personally with his wife to cancel because they kept deducting from his account. Can you get it fixed please. The matter has been going on since last year. Please can something be done regarding this. My Boss No is 073 603 5054

HOW ?????.

Old Mutual 0860 50 60 70 ... You will hold for 35 Minutes without anyone answering the phone. Then they expect customers to call and wait for such a long time... Yerrrrrr im Gatvol! twice i called and the first call i held for 40 min.... as we speak now, im still waiting for my call to be answered...35 min later :(
