Been sending numerous emails since month end February to cancel with no reply ,called numerous times with no assistance, I called again today and asked for a call back as I was in a queue for almost 10 minutes ,I'm now told I have to pay for March though I never used their router then I can cancel and I'm advising the consultant that how is it my fault because you are the one's that haven't been replying to my emails and he tells me there's nothing he can do I have to pay before they can cancel!
Abel is full of **** ,no customer service, acts as if he's doing you a favor wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
Worst service ever paid on the 17th till today I haven't received medication been sending emails with no response...been calling and still no assistance a week with out medication because of their incompetence
Placed an order at exactly 19:13 yesterday my Pizza got delivered at 21:32 and I got a burnt and a dry pizza very disappointed never again will I order Debonairs disgusted by their service Debonairs Vermeulen Pretoria don’t even bother wasting your money
Took out a loan with them it came with a 36 months plan before I signed I told them I would like to change to either 12 or 24 months I was informed to sign because the system automatically approved me in those terms I can only change after I pay my first month installment which I did now I’ve been calling them since last week from sending emails and all today I called again after being transferred from one person to the other and wasting my airtime now I’m told I can’t do that after being told I can by the store clerk as well as their consultants one said they can help the other days they can’t ..all incompetent I would never advise anyone to take something with them now I’m stuck with a 36months payment while I requested lesser months and was guaranteed it would be done !!!!
