I have initiated a withdrawal on the 1st of March via website as well as on whatsapp. It stated it has gone through and is pending. Each day since I have been pending. Since Monday I have not received any form of communication with regards to any updates. I called in yesterday to find out how far my claim is as it states on the website "Pending" and estimated completion date is the 15th of March. The agent advised there is no claim on the system. WOW! I was then told to send screenshots of my whatsapp as well as what I am seeing on the website, and I will get a reference number withing 48 hours and then I will get a reference in 5 to 7 working days. So, for me to get just a reference number I have to wait till after the 15th. What sort of issue is this? I have to now wait on Discovery for just a reference number, noting that the process will drag even longer as you have to wait days on end just to get a response from there. I need this sorted out as a process cannot take so long and I cannot wait weeks on end. Tell me if there is a system glitch or if you guys do not want to pay me out. Thats it. I need this sorted ASAP!!!
MY TWO POT WITHDRAWAL PROCESS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE TO SAY THE LEAST!
My husband and I visited your store on the 10th of February 2024. We bought sausages, chicken fillets, mince & honey glaze. Since purchasing the chicken has such a nasty smell that we had to throw it in the bin. Yesterday we defrosted the wors which came in a bulk box. It smelled so bad that I literally vomited as it was off. I am too scared to even try the mince and honey glaze as it seems your store just sells poultry that is inedible. It was our last funds to purchase for the month and having to throw away money is actually heart breaking. I unfortunately do not have a slip or proof of purchase as we paid cash but what a disappointment it was for this to happen. This was at Food *****s Market - Stoneridge I will never be buying from Food *****s again and will make mention of this on social media as other people need to know not to waste their money purchasing spoiled food. Like I mentioned before, sometimes it is families' last monies to buy food to feed their families and they have to end up throwing it in the bin.
YOUR COMPANY IS PATHETIC!!! YOUR WHATSAPP AGENTS ARE DUMB! NO ONE SEEMS TO WANT TO ASSIST. YOU CUT MY WIFI YESTERDAY BUT DEBIT ORDER WENT OFF ON THE 1ST ALREADY. WHEN CHATTING TO YOUR USELESS AGENTS IT TAKE A FEW HOURS BEFORE GETTING IN CONTACT WITH THEM. I SENT MY BANK STATEMENT AS PROOF THAT THE DEBIT ORDER WENT OFF - IT SHOWS ON MY STATEMENT AT THE BOTTOM THAT IT HAS STILL NOT BEEN PROCESSED! I WENT TO THE BANK AND THE MONIES IS GONE OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. WHERE IS THAT MONEY????MY WIFI IS CUT NOW AND NO ONE CAN GIVE ME ANY ANSWERS. IF NO ONE CALLS ME BY THE END OF TODAY PLEASE CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT AN REMOVE ALL YOUR STUFF BY TOMORROW!
I have not been using my DSTV account for a few years now, only to find out that it is still active at my ex husbands house. I was only made aware of this recently as I wanted to activate the account on my name again at a new place and was told its active. When speaking to LUNGIWE THIS MORNING, she asked must she smell that I no longer live with the person and if anyone has my ID number it is simple to access my account. SO ANYONE CAN HAVE MY ID NUMBER AND HAVE AN ACCOUNT? I was then told that the account cannot be suspended as it is paid up until the 4th of March, so me being the account holder cannot suspend an account that is fraudulently being paid for each month by someone else which I don't even make use off??? SERIOUS MULTICHOICE, YOU IDIOTS. I WANT THIS CANCELED NOW OR I WILL CHARGE YOU WITH FRAUD ON MY NAME!!!!!!!!!!!
We pay an arm and a leg for gifts to be delivered to loved ones and in this case my uncle just got out of an operation and only to find rotten damned FRUIT. Won’t be using this service in the future and will definitely be telling a lot of people about this.
