Never ever using this branch to service my car again. What is the point of bringing a car in at 6:45am if even now i still have not received it? Even worse its written out of town for a reason. Service advisor is just nonsense
FNB is such a ****in **** bank to ever use. How the hell do you just put someones account on hold and no one can help with unholding the account. FNB your service is disgusting
Poor service. I have a refund due to me, i was promised it will be done within 5-9 days. It has been over 2 weeks now and everytime i call and ask i am told it has been escalated. I am then told to wait on the line for over 20min and they just hang up. This is Putrid service
The service we get from this company is **** to be honest. I made a claim from my provident fund because i left my former employer(Royal HaskoningDHV). They asked for bank statement, ID copy which i did provide. When i called today i am told they will send through to backroom staff yet last week when i called i was told the very same thing. Your service is disgusting
I Transferred money fo my revolving facility to the 15% that is stipulated before i transfer money to my main account. I have reached that 15% but i still cannot access those funds
They go into my account double debit my account and when it is to do my refund no one is available to help. Its good though i have taken this matter to ombudsman and legal. You can never ever take money from someones account without their consent. You are fraudsters and you will be dealt with
They are crooks. Last month i could not pay my installment for certain reasons. So someone called and i made an arrangement of paying it over 3 months. Today i find that i was double debited which i did not give consent. I will be taking you to court because no one gave you a right to do that on my account it means you are stealing.
Takealot is a whole lot of rubbish. They have the worse service and dont even have the decency to communicate if there is a problem. Disgusting from them

Hi. I am writing on behalf of my mom. She has a contract with your organisation but for the last few months they have not been debiting her account on the agreed upon date. She has made a follow up before but this mistake has not been rectified till today. Your service is appalling to be honest she is even reluctant to renew her contract with you.
