Extremely disappointed. I bought a R3000 watch as a birthday gift which arrived with a detached hand (visible through the glass). I reported it immediately. It has been 10 business days since my report and 4 days since they collected the item, yet they are still "assessing" a visible defect and "waiting for suppliers."OneDayOnly is happy to take your money instantly but hides behind "supplier processes" when they send you broken goods. As per the CPA, I have a right to a replacement or refund, yet I am still waiting. First and last time I use this site for anything high-value.Order #8429971
Ive been waiting for my drivers license disk since 21 december 2024, skynet has not delivered at all and I have asked NATIS who said follow up with skynet, Skynet promised delivery days ago and just dont show up at all. My disk has experienced and I paid for delivery and NATIS fees. I have contacted NATIS and they just dont reply or assist at all, not sure how they are so highly rated and I am unable to get my license disk. Utterly useless and once they have your money they just dont care or reply
I am very disappointed at the Service provided by sneakerjay2024, please note this is their name on instagram. The “shop” was advertised as trusted by an influencer called meetmrsmuller,based on this I ordered some nike sneakers that should have taken 2-4 business days. After a week I had received zero communication or shipping notifications, I enquired and was ignored, I followed up again and only then did she reply stating that she is busy with an audit (should not be my problem), she said she will send me the shoes that Wednesday, Wednesday came and she didn’t send it so I waited till saterday (2 weeks). She also then only informed me that she sent a size 6 because of the “fit” please note I specifically asked for a 5, as suspected the shoes didn’t fit at all. I informed her the shoes are too big, she said she would sort it out. Fastforward 2 weeks I still dont have a size that fits, the worst part is she advised me that she would come to my house to swop the shoes over a weekend and she didn’t pitch, only let me know afterwards she’s waiting for a size 5, she then said she would come swop the shoes this sunday, and guess what she didn’t pitch yet again! I had to message and my message is not even opened. This is money down the drain and extremely poor communication. Person selling is jade O’Shaughnessy.
a day ago NEW Still we struggle with Supersonic... even though we moved from supersonic to Level 7 we are advised by level 7 that supersonic does not respond to queries even when escalated by our ISP and that techs have been assigned but not ETA’s. Day 5 now with no internet, previously we waited and pleased for over a week before supersonic released the line. All you need to do is bring a new ONT that's it yet 5 days without a connection. 1028550 (level 7 reference) how do you not respond to your own customer or ISP customers? your service is appalling. And dont come with outages there are no outages in our areas now and all neighbors have internet. I read another review stating you only have 2 techs? How do you operate like that??
Horrible experience with UPS, I paid priority shipping via amazon and my standard shipping order via DHL arrived quicker with no hassles at all. This package has been sitting with them for over 3 business days and they dont reply to my emails asking where my package is. It was supposed to be delivered monday when they didn’t pitch I had to call and they informed me it will be delivered the next day, then they later changed their story saying they handed it over to another contractor and they think it will be another 3 days but cant be sure, then it was scheduled for delivery today, only to he told at 6pm that its on “hold” they need additional information. What information when you dont bother calling me or replying to emails informing me you need information ??? Even if you had called I went through my phone and called back each number I might have missed, if you need information why dont you email me or respond to any of my numerous emails. I just want my package as this is very frustrating when you get ignored when you piad sooo expensive for shipping!!!
I honestly don't even know where to start, this is the MOST incompetent MOST frustrating experience we have ever had to deal with in our entire life. We cancelled with them beginning of December 2021 (that took a month to get right). We want to move to a new ISP, they switch us off Monday so today is day 4 with no internet all they have to do is hand the line over to our new ISP/migration!!! Yet they are even unable to do that, 1 hour on phone calls numerous messages sent, emails to every single person we could think of at ****sonic and not a single reply. They say mail cancellations, are you kidding???? we have mailed for 2 months, then they say its reactivated, NOTHING is reactivated we cancelled the Service. We want to be free from you so WHY will you hold us hostage????? you also debited our account on Monday so you have zero right to keep us with no internet and to not migrate us to our new provider, and WORST PART YOU TELL US YOU CANT GET HOLD OF YOUR CANCELLATION DEPARTMENT????
Clicks online takes your money, doesnt deliver the good paid for and then subsequently ignores you. What a horrible experience ordering from clicks online, you pay a service fee to get your oder delivered within 1-3 business days then after a week of queries why the order still says you pending they ignore you, call center agents cant help either. Their Facebook representative says they will escalate and nothing happens. Have sent so many unanswered emails. How can big companies in todays economic climate take peoples hard earned money then not respond and not deliver either.
Ive had the absolute displeasure of ordering items online, and after spending R3600 on items I waited for delivery as the status on my profile says shipped, after a ton of follow ups I eventually got hold of dawn wing who indicated my address was wrong, yet no1 at mr price bothered to inform me there was a address issue after back and forth calls my package got delivered today with broken items and a missing office chair (cost R2600) I have phoned and emailed and got told they dont know where the chair is they will phone me back (city logistics) but no1 has phoned!! How the hell can they not know where an expensive item is I paid for???? No1 can assist and mr price does not answer mails or calls!! This is extremely skelm
It is particularly fishy that all of a sudden when negative reviews are posted one positive review pops up, with the review matching a very particular writing style of the owner of this company “unforeseen weather delays, Amazing customer service” ..... def not the experience you will get from dealing with them. No Rapid Pools aka CK you cannot rate yourself.
<div>We have done many upgrades and additions to our properties and have therefor been exposed to a long list of Service Providers and/or Contractors, dealing with Rapid Pools was the worst Customer experience we have ever encountered, we understand now why many reviews which they will refer to as fake is in actual fact Customers posting anonymously due to the fear of being threatened. It doesn't matter what you say, *** is never wrong, and the Customer is always at fault, you will also be treated with the utmost disrespect and will need to resort to only communicating via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, the most unpleasant experience we have ever had to deal with. </div>
