This company used to be awesome at customer service. They used to be a click or a call away. They have moved more towards website automation in servicing customers. I have found this very difficult to adjust to because I have logged 4x reference calls regarding emailing service which has been terminated for over a month with notice , no prompt, no offer. They just cut my email for my business when I have been with them for over 5years using the same service. I tried looking on their website to restore the services I had always received from them but their online help has been detrimental poor and received no help. You would assume that because they serve small to medium enterprises they would contact you or even run a survey for all my logged calls.
It's over 10days and I haven't received my order. On your app it says 2 May, today is 8 May. I have called you customer care and asked them to recheck my address and nothing has changed and No communication whatsoever and no feedback. I have written countless emails to your customer care with no feedback. Can I have money back since no one know anything about my order. AZA030145
I have been doing an immediate payment from my business account since morning. It still hasn't gone through. Now it says I have exceeded my limit for today. But I have made the same payment of over 200 000 twice and it still hasn't gone through
We have signed and paid the purchase price for the property and it has been over 4 years. The seller "City of Erkhuhuleni "has not signed. We asked Van der Meer & Schoonbee Attorneys & Conveyancers to bring our money. The say that the money is not wth them but with Inframax. We are just want our money back. As soon as the seller " City of Erkhuhuleni " they can contact us to make payment.
I am dissatisfied with the way Standard Bank treats ATM deposits when the ATM breaks down without a proof of deposit. Ive receive no feedback just and sms stating that it has been resolved. I would like a proof of deposit in my business account. I dont understand how can the bank claim that the matter has been resolved when I dont see the money deposited in my bank account . I have 3 deposits which I have not seen. Service request 7062217134 and 7061957559 are resolved according to sms but I have not seen my money
First year with the ATM was good and awesome service from the relationship executive Sweetness. After she left it; about a year ;the service has been downhill from then on. I have never received such excetionally poor customer service from Skhumbuzo Buthelezi. This person doesn't know how to speak or deal with customers. Besides my ATM being a problem , literally every 48hrs but Skhumbuzo has been utterly uselessness to us. I urge Atm solutions to follow up with any of his clients because I cannot be the only one complaining. I sent an emal last friday asking to terminate my contract, he hasnt responded to my email. But he responds to my brother's emails. Then he says he is on leave to me. Utterly disgusting, highly disappointing.
Bad customer service. I ame in for a takeaway order. The ladyat the till Kim was busy explaining to a customer who didn't understand how to order. I asked can I just get a order sheet so I can sit down while I write my order while she was busy with that customer. She just looked at me and ignored me as if I said absolutely nothing. I stood for like 2min. Then I realized I'm just wasting my time and left. This happened around 17:30 pm. The least she could do is just give me the order menu or even responded
Please business owners think carefully before installing one of their ATMs on site. You may be saving on Cash-in transist fees but their ATM breaks down continually.In a span of 30 days , you are looking at 18 breakdowns minimum. Then when the ATM has broken down the money doesn't get to be processed to your bank account. This can be a very frustrating possession to being. The relationship executive are useless cause he will tell you that there is nothing he can do. It's like hitting a brickwall no one can help. I called fireroom in bedfordview for a take away order and Soso kept me on hold just to pick other 2 other lines while I am holding. I called first. She should attend to my order 1st before taking someone else's calls.
Please note if you are coming to the Eastgate branch by the sales and service counters; they take a minimum of 1.5hour to get service. I have been here for about 2hours. The service is poor; terribly poor. I think there is a shortage of consultants Someone needs to check in on this branch. It's honestly, totally unacceptable.
