AMAZING SERVICE AT GoRugged
I ordered a RAM cell phone holder from GoRugged and it was the wrong one. I paid for it and Rochelle said she will discuss with her "boss" in order to find me the correct one. Two days and she WA me, they found the one I am looking for, had to pay the difference in(small amount, still a very good price) and they courier it to me with no cost. I live in another town. WHAT AMAZING SERVICE from these guys!!!

GoRugged Well Done!
I had a very bad experience with BlackView; Centurion with a sub-standard product as well as with horrific service from their front desk, reception…really, really bad!!! Thus, I was quite sceptical about the “rugged phone” industry. At last, I got in touch with GoRugged in Centurion, found them on internet. Talked to Rochelle there and went through to them, yesterday(02.05.2025) with a very warm and pleasant reception and she talked me through ALL of my questions and concerns. GREAT experience and I have reason to believe the Ulefone I bought, is going to live up to my expectations and even exceed what I expect! THANK YOU, Rochelle, you are a star!!!

MVA Bricks - Great service and products
MVA Bricks in Pretoria West might not deal with many smaller individuals, more larger companies(may be?). I dealt with them as a “smaller” individual, buying “D-Retainer Blocks” and I collected a third load yesterday(02.05.2025). I can understand that they are going for their 30th anniversary because their whole offering, from reception to collection is GREAT! Arrie, the yard manager assisted me with such great assistance, though I got there late. Thank you MVA and thank you Arrie! You really are a cut above and go an extra mile for your minor customers!!! Much appreciated!!!

RUGGED SA
I did a review on Blackview SA(Centurion) some time ago. In years the worst service and manners I came accross in maybe a decade or more!!! HORRIBLE! This is not to groan about Blackview SA because they lost me as well as my entire client practise, but this is to give feed back about Rugged SA I found, also selling Blackview pones, but much more. I found a guy there by the name Ramion whom gave me all I need to know as well as the product to suit my needs. This place I can recommend open hearted!!!

BLACKVIEW - VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
What a VERY, VERY BAD experience with this Blackview Shop!!! I had a BV7100 for two years, fairly happy. Could not wait for the upgrade version BV7300. Bought it and Dalene assisted me with the transfer of info. She promised me they will make a Google backup and everything will be on my new phone as it was, which was not the case. About 3 weeks of WA’s was missing PLUS…I found out that in the Toolbox app there are some apps totally out of alignment which made those apps 100% useless. I am from Rustenburg, I went through to Pta(yesterday) to complain about the “alignment” and they had to wipe the phone and re-install the software. Doing a transfer once again. When I got back at home, I found that just about ALL my WA’s is gone, dated back to 2018!!! I am a business owner and my phone is part of being able to run my business affectively. I phoned this morning spoke to Daleen which she had a VERY BAD attitude, did not give me a fair chance to speak, spoke all over me and refuse to give Ryno’s(the owner) telephone number to me. She was one Db away from screaming. Very rude woman! I told her this must be the worst case I ever met in a business taking care of a problem on their product!!! I decided that I will ask for a refund, I don't want this product. I am 64 years of age and honestly NEVER met such incompetence from a front desk assistance or service and product provider as this in my life! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTLET!!! They did refund me yesterday but what a bad experience!!! Product is fair but this outlet is horrible!!!

Excellent Service!!!
I sent an email on Sunday in order to get duplicate Tax Invoices. I did not expect to get any feedback in a day or 3. Big was the surprise when I received all what I requested the same day from Gené. This kind of service is rare but MUCH appreciated! Well done PrePaid24 and Gené! Overall the service I received from PrePaid24 over the past 2 or 3 years were just GREAT! I cannot recall even one incident where I did not get my voucher within minutes or had a dispute - NOTHING! Pleasure to deal with them!
