Don't waist your precious time ordering from Lifestyle Home. I placed an order early December 2025 still awaiting delivery. They do not communicate with customers and keep pushing out the delivery date. They hardly answer their phones, staff don't get back to you when they say they will. Honestly people, there are more reliable home furnishers out their that actually care about their customer.
I placed an order online on 6 Feb and have since heard nothing. The order status online says processing and after logging a case no one has bothered contacting me. At this point I want my money back and feel like cancelling my account.
Your service is shocking! I'm still waiting for a parcel that was scheduled to arrive 31 December to ACTUALLY arrive. I've called your help desk NUMEROUS times to confirm the address only to be told the parcel is scheduled and then to receive SMSs that the parcel could not be delivered or for them to drop the call on me. When I ask to speak to a manager I get all kinds of excuses. Your service email option is just as awful. I don't like to think these kinds of things although I am starting to wonder if the parcel has been lost or ******. I will NEVER recommend any of my business partners, customers, friends or family to use your services!
Your new parking ticketing service sucks! Not only is it expensive but completely unnecessary causing more delays and customer frustration than enjoying a pleasant shopping experience at the square. I stay close by but will rather drive to Leap Frog g because of this.

Placed an order with these guys on 31 December 2022. Today is 11 January 2023 and not only have I not received my order, but Cookie Cutter Swimwear couldn't be bothered to respond or update my on the status of the order via any of their channels (Facebook, Instagram or Email). There is no contact number either. Be careful of these guys, friends. I certainly will not order from them again or recommend them to anyone I care about.
Geepers Kulula, I have been waiting to get through to your lines for over 42 minutes! Your service is absolutely shocking!
You guys attempted to install a tracking device in my car. This resulted in you blowing the fuse box. It is now 4 days later. I was promised that you will be back TODAY to replace the part. I am still waiting for your QA or technical assurance people to call me back and give me an update. Why must I keep calling? My car is dead. I cannot get to work, I cannot get to the shops and I will not be able to get to a hospital or doctor should an emergency arise. I am in the right might to cancel my services with you people because of this. Note: that if any other issues on the vehicle arise because of this matter, Tracker will be sent the bill and this matter be taken to much higher authorities. The technician who tried to fit the unit is not responding to my calls, and the QA who has made these promises to repair the issue is MIA. If this problem is not resolved today I will be forced to escalate the matter much further than your escalation department.
Wow guys. After calling you several times to ensure the cancellation of the device on my vehicle, cos the vehicle was sold, not only did you advise me on all occasions that the unit has been cancelled, but are now still sending my next of kin messages re disturbances on the car at ridiculous hours of the morning. What is going on?!
