Poor cradtmanship
Bought a 12ft bounceking recently. First one lasted three days took it back to Makro got another one that one last one week. Very poor craftsmanship, welding poor. Buying a bounceking is a hazard!!!! Stay away

NWU - Registration Issues - Pathetic Service
I am a final year Post Graduate student trying to register and complete one module but getting hold of this institution for assistance is next to impossible. My registration was put on hold - I made the necessary payments and logged the necessary student helpdesk tickets - with no feedback - tickets still haven't been attended too according to their system and since 28/02/2024 I eventually got hold of a finane rep who was able to lift the hold off my registration - wait 10 minutes and log back in which I did. Now I cant see any modules and once again I am being told log a ticket!!!!! I have been trying each day to get a hold of someone who can assist me in registering instead getting pushed from pillar to post without ANY resolution to my issue. I have phoned the call centre numerous times either no answer or call this number excuse. The client (student experience) has been **********. Apparently, classes have already started, registration extension is until tomorrow. Its very frustrating.

Cancelled by still debiting account
I sent a request for cancellation last month and was irritated to find that clientele legal debited my account again this month. If a client instructs a cancellation and it is ignored this is gross negligence on your part. I am not interested in the product, do not send me an email asking to reconsider, my decision was final when I logged the request

Pathetic Service - Incompetent Employees!!
This company is a joke! Best service delivery - I DO NOT THINK SO. Requested a rescission form to remove my homeloan on the Tue, May 29, 2018 at 10:35 AM to my account manager ShandreM - NO RESPONSE. Then again on Thu, Jun 7, 2018 at 7:12 AM via customer services- NO RESPONSE, Then again via Live Chat, Renae ["we didnt get it" - indicated I should send the email again on Mon, Jun 18, 2018 at 8:28 AM - NO RESPONSE, NUMEROUS TIMES!!!! How is it that you have ALL these functionalities to assist your clients on your website and via smart cents but there is still no feedback! Are you deliberately trying not to help your customers?
