You first delivered 2 faulty watches and now you refuse to give back my refund. I have been in constant communication with you and now you have decided to ignore me. I made the purchase on the 28th of February 2025 and its now the 2nd of May 2025. Your service is pathetic, Dont support this business, Lunga doesnt value his customers. My parcel was delivered today and we had issues with the address but my issue is when the driver called the office and spoke to some rude man. you treat your employees like a piece of ****. Vodacom should move back to RAM couriers- you dont deserve their contract. you piece of ****, you even hang up on me when I was trying to explain - **** you
i went to print my documents at 3@1 Woodmead and had R300 in my plastic sleeves. i asked the cashier to please keep my documents for a minute so that i can go fetch my laptop from the car. when i came back to my surprise my money is stolen. when i spoke to the manager she tells me there is nothing she can help me with. how pathetic is that because when i spoke to the gentlemen he told me that i should have taken my money Manager was utterly useless and incompetent

Disgusting for a food service. Takes 2hours to deliver, you can't even call them. Im disgusted by their pathetic service
Service from ABSA at MAPONYA MALL is horrific,unprofessional. It's like u walking into BARA hospital. The tellers don't comb their hair, service is slow. The lady who welcomes you at the door is so unprofessional as well. Terrible service
I reside in La Hacienda, I have never received such pathetic service from the care-taker who refuses to help anyone. Pathetic service
I dont recommend any business to go with GTC . They are terrible. My claim was submitted on the 7th June, I havent received anything until today [22/08/2019]. I had to call and follow up, only to find out they didnt even check my documentation. I had to constantly follow up, even now - there is no payout. I recommend Momentum for companies, they email you when they start with your claim and keep you in the loop in regards to your progress. Farad or Gary Mockler - please look into your internal processes. Im sure you wont even respond to this because you clearly DONT CARE
