unfortunately I had to wrte this review, I did a cancelation on my booking 10days ago, normally one would expect the refund to take place within 5-7 working days. Its been 7 days and additional 2 days and yet nothing, I asked for a proof of payment, the proof of payment shows that a payment was done since the proof of payment it has been 2 days and all i am getting is excuses and no answers, I even called the bank and they said . I have used lekkerslaap for all my accomodation over the past 2 years and never had any bad experiences until now.
Well done to car service city witbank, I had my doubts with them but they completely changed my view of them, I took my car there for a major service at a price that was atleast R1500 cheaper than the closest other price I got. Xolie the manager at car service city witbank was more than helpful and very patient, the mechanic shadrack who did the service did a great job. well done and keep up the good work
I had a very strange experience with debonairs pizza at middelburg midwater centre, We placed an order at around 4:20 ish, after about 45min or so the app said that the phone was offline, after I saw this I tired getting in touch with the resturant but no luck, long story short at 20:15 a very pleasant delivery man by the name of augustus delivered our order, kudos to that exausted delivery man for his excellent service,he is the reason why I would keep on ordering from debonairs
I had a complaint about FNB a short while ago and within a matter of an hour I got a call from FNB to resolve the matter, that complaint turned into a compliment. Well done FNB
I tried making an enquiry, the lady was very impatient infact on both ends, I asked some questions and they did not provide me with any answers or any guidance to where I can get answers. Normally I am happy to deal with call centres and FNB but this time was a waiste of time. Its like they are easy to bother you about services that they want to sell to you but when you want something from them nothing happens.
Pathetic sevice, infact no service at all. Game middelburg has done nothing but disapoint me, waiting for more than 15min for customer service and they all stand around doing nothing. But no one will assist after calling soneone multiple times
Good day I would like to compliment and thank you Desiree and Henry and the whole alveston spa for the amazing service we experienced or rather my fiance. Thank you for treating her on her 21st birthday and making her entire day. Never have I experienced such quality and top class service before. On the unisa website there are contact details, now these phone numbers seem to be useless because no one answers them or they are simply unavailable. I have dailed every number on ther entire website and other sources but it seems that these phones are broken. I have tried getting in contact with them for the whole day but it is always a loosing case, UNISA has the worst customer everything. Talking about the university of south africa....that is a very big disapointment., to add to this I almost guarentee that UNISA will not do anything regarding this matter. Absolutely pathetic.
