Lethabo this horrible women needs to be trained on professional etiquette over the phone... stop treating pts that owe money like they are like trash and go and learn professional etiquette. Stop harassing pts for payment
I ordered valentines dinner for my hubby and I and the food was soo awful. I don't even know where to begin. The food was cold and didn't have any flavor even tho we ordered and came to collect 15 minutes later. The cheese on the burrito was plasted on the top of it and covered in sauce. Everything was cold and tasted like it was cooked 2 days ago. If a Mexican restaurant flops a burrito, there really is no hope. Don't charge your customers if u can't deliver proper food.
On the 9th December I ordered from the uber eats app and paid the driver cash and he counted the cash in front of me , when I revisited the app to place an order on a different occasion it says I didn't pay the correct amount.. What load of bull**** your driver's are flippen thieves that you can't trust and then you want to rip off your customers... I am highly upset and will use mr delivery in future
I went to dischem pharmacy at retail crossing roodeport which I do at clear water or any dischem that's nearby on a monthly basis .. after handing my medical aid card to the lady at the counter I am informed that I have an outstanding account with dischem I was shocked and notified the lady at the counter that I normally pay at the till points and how it is possible that I have an account because dischem captures the details upfront ... the pharmacist lady then proceeded to hand my details to the another pharmacist who insisted I pay that account which I have no knowledge of and refused to give my meds .. I was not even contacted about the acc which is from Oct 2018 .. the excuse this lady gave me was that it was late and the staff at the till point never processed the payment and I must pay the acc... I find this Soo pathetic and such ignorant behavior where I the customer have to pay an account where dischem staff stuffed up and the lady had a darn audacity to tell me that I need to pay this instead of apologising and trying to rectify this ... i feel this is highly unprofessional and unethical behavior from dischem ... I also feel that dischem needs to train the retail pharmacist on customer service ... I never this experience with the clicks pharmacy and will no longer be using dischem ....
Utterly disgusted with the service I have been receiving from Vodacom , a month ago I went to the branch in Clearwater to take out a contract for a tablet I was promised I could come in the next day I took Time off work and ubered there only to be told that they don't have stock and I needed to go to Vodacom 4 u went there and the contract was not the same price .... Same **** service I received in eastrand mall... now I called Vodacom only to be holding on the line for 5 minutes without assistance ... I'm done now ... I would like to cancel my contract from the 1st December and don't want to have anything to do with this useless company ....
Good day I am utterly disgusted by the service I receive from telkom... I can't express how angry I am... I took out a wifi contract with Telkom and this month I got billed 3 times instead of getting billed twice ... I went in store and made a manual payment because I changed my banking details no payment was deducted out of my account I went in store to make a manual payment last month but I was I need to pay online ... then when I call customer service I am told that I need to go in-store .. I sent telkom my new banking details but the payment wasn't deducted out of my account ... I keep getting the run from this **** company ...going further I will never make any purchases from telkom I can't wait for my contract to be over and I will ensure people that I interact with doesn't use telkom...
