My electric stove stoped working a while ago and I called Bosch to ask if I’m still under warranty and they said they will come look at the stove, so yesterday two people came to look at it and they told my mother that they can’t work on the stove because there’s coakroaches… like what the hell have they never seen them before 😳 we are in South Africa obviously there will be coakroches if something hasn’t been used for a while.. but they just left and said they won’t do anything until we disinfect I’m soo disappointed with the service I received 😞
I have a Samsung double door fridge and it started not to work a few weeks ago, so I called Samsung to ask for a technincian to come check what was happening… two men came and did a review and told me i had to regas and compress change, well they told me they don’t regas and they don’t do compressor changes… But I had already paid for a call out they gave me a number for TM electronics … but what’s puzzling me this that o have to pay them again for a call out fee … plus also pay for regasing and the compressor I am utterly dismayed by the customer service Samsung has given me after being a loyal customer for soo long.
I have never been so dismayed in my life 😩 service was utterly rubbish, they have such ridiculous rules and how can you put one bottle of water for two people in a room and tell me that's how things are done, and also who tells you what time you should eat your breakfast when you've paid your own money... I'm really disappointed 😞 and wouldn't recommend anyone to that hotel
I AM TIRED OF THIS COMPANY SENDING THREATINING MESSAGES SAYING THAT IM OWING THEM AND THY WILL PUT JUDGMENT ON MY NAME BECAUSE I CREATED AN ACCOUNT TO APPLY FOR A LOAN ONLINE NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR THAT, WHERE HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF THAT, I NEED YOU TO STOP SENDING ME THESE MESSAGES
I opened an account with fnb two weeks ago, so someone deposited money on my account and when i tried to send an ewallet to someone they told me im giving wrong information, i tried to withdraw money on my account they told me my account was not activated im very dismayed with the service iv received , iv tried to call the call centre to activate my card they telling me i need to go to a branch im at work how the hell am i suppose to get my money if am at work this card is not activated, this very bad bad service , I NEED MY CARD TO BE ACTIVATED TODAY
