Most useless branch of them all. Dont answer the phone when we call and usually never have stock of important parts. Much better going to the silverlakes branch.
Jane was very helpful and efficient. She managed to attend to my enquiry timeously saving me time and money.
Worst custome customer care. Ive been trying to get through to customer care fore the passed thirty minutes, with no joy. The calls go unanswered even when following the prompts. With 3 cars with them, seriously reconsidering moving all cars.
I had requested that my account be canceled in September as I no longer have the vehicle and the 3 year contract had already come to an end. The female I spoke to on the phone confirmed that I would not be billed at the end of September as you pay in advance. At the end of September, my account was deducted for another month (October). To my luck, I cant even get through to the cancelations department after they have already taken my money. Absolutely appalling service. Definitely would not reccomend.

I have visited the branch at the grove. The most useless outlet i have ever visited, it should just be closed. First time I went to get a phone, my contract was not submitted and I had to go to woodlands to get a phone. This was roughly 2 months apart. On the 1st of Feb, I requested an E-Sim and paid the money, only to find out today that it hasn't been activated- 19 days later? I was told I would get a email within 3 hours.
I was not happy with budget as a whole, however the retentions consultant Windy Mbobo gave me great service. She was unable to retain me as I had already made up my mind about leaving, however she gave me the best service I have received since I was a client of budget.
Requested a quote for a generator from game menlyn for a sponsor to settle on my behalf. Payment was made on 03/11/2023 to the provided bank details using THEIR PROVIDED REFERENCE. On 18/11/2023 I was advised that I cannot collect the generator because their head office is not available to verify funds. Funds have been laying in that account for two weeks but have not been allocated?? Worst of all, their customer service is atrocious. Staff needs real training
