Beyond pathetic. They claimed my chronic meds on the 10th June 2025. On the 15th June I phoned to find out when I can expect my Meds, only to be told all is on hold due to outstanding co-payment. I provided the POP done in May, was then told they can see it was not allocated and will log this with the finance team, no ETA. but they will arrange for the immediate delivery. Phoned on the 20th to follow up, was told that they can only deliver next week as all drivers are out. People stay as far as possible from them. I am now stuck can't go to another pharmacy to collect as the medical aid do not allow this as Marara have claimed. So that leave me stuck without meds and hope for the best that nothing happens to me........ Bonitas get rid of them quickly.
Previously known as Wholesale solar, They made me pay online - as this is the only option, then once payment made, you have to beg to get your product, only to be send all over the show with a lot of empty promises. Beware took me for R32K still no service no product and they have changed their name, Same what sup number still and website address.
Bought the big special from their Google adds. Assured me the batteries are compatible with my Lux Power inverter. Paid , waited more than a week for half my order, still waiting for the rest. Also wanted to return as it is not compatible after they said it is. no response ignoring email, what sup and phone calls. Stay away nothing more than thieves
Upgraded service from 100Mg to 200mg, was invoice and billed, reported issue that my speed did not increase, they said they would investigate , contacted 2 weeks later still the same issue, informed me that the previous ticket have not been resolved. i ask to be downgraded and refunded as i did not receive what i was paying for. Since then nothing....... pathetic
Upgrades full of empty promises. Was Told for online upgrade will receive device by the latest next Monday, nothing on the Monday, was told when i phone by Friday they should have stock and at the latest delivered Monday. When i phone to get update was informed the have no stock and have no timeline of when they will receive. Don't trust Cell C when they tell you something, If they have not what you want at that time, don;t sign anything on their promises of within the next couple of days. They are clueless themselves of what is doable and what not.
i have been a Discover Customer for a while and last year i switched to have my rewards paid into a Exess funder account, which at the time i understood for every R1 i put in Discover add R1, which is all great and well. but i found out last month with a shock that if i leave discovery right now i will forfeit all my saved funds. If i wait for 1 month (till July) i would be able to withdraw. Then when i phoned today i was was told i have to wait until October 2018. i find this unacceptable as i did not have this product when i signed up initially and only took this later during my term. people do not take discovery word on anything get it in writing and check the fine print. They are sharks
