I am deeply frustrated with standard bank that keeps resetting my banking app and internet online banking not loading. Yesterday 12/12/2021 I logged on did transfer an payments with no issues. My mobile banking app was working with no issues suddenly my mobile banking app gets reset , asking me to enter email, password,ect then it says services unavailable try again later,will investigate . Then online internet banking, after entering username, password,it loads an there after just blue back ground .I took screen shots, This is really becoming incovience, when will this be fixed, I called standard bank internet support waisted 200 airtime, no consultant waiting 2 hours. I am really tired went to standard bank to enquire very very long ques,due to my age I could not stand long,I ended up going back home If standard bank can not fix there problems i will move to another financial institution Please can someone assist me,
Good day standard bank. I applied for standard bank credit card on Wednesday 19 may 2021. I was assisted by the consultant name Quinton in standard bank prospecton branch . The service he offerd, i have to say his dedication and assisting clients is excellent. He assisted me on my credit card application approved immediately. Good day. This is second complaint my tracker subscription was paid up and canceled. On my online banking tracker sends approval for debt order which i did not approve. Then the next day it shows approved debt order. Why is tracker trying to debit my account. I do not owe tracker any monies. The first time tracker contacted me left a message informed me to ignore the debi check approval, has subscription is canceled. To my surprise tracker debi check is approved on my online banking. Please get your account department to immediately to remove this approved debt and inform my bank, My bank is unable to remove this debi check debt order, as the service provider must inform the bank of removal of debi check debt order placed on my account. Remove this debt order immediately
I have logged on to my capitec app. I seen on debi check authorization needed for tracker connect for amount of R456.why is tracker connect trying to debit my account. My tracking subscription was canceled long time ago. I the unit was bought cash i was never on contract. I spoken to account department long time ago, i requested my account to be canceled, since then my account was not debited, now all of sudden debi check is asking for authorization, please tracker do your job properly, an remove your debit order Please remove your fraudulent debt order authorization. I do not have tracker account subscription anymore, check your accounts department, somebody is messing around with my old account.
Good day i have standard bank stand alone garage card no chip or pin code, my garage card is working no issues. From last month i receive no sms notifications stating my balance. Sms notifications only come when you fill R500 and more then you receive sms notifications. From last month my filling of fuel is over R500 and still no sms notifications. I am deeply disappointed I been to the nedbank branch in galleria durban. I understand covid19 long queues waiting is ridiculous. I waited nearly 2 hours que never moved I decided going back home i can not stand surch long periods. I try contact center waiting over the phone. My airtime gets finished. All i want is my sms notifications to be active again Can someone please email me back to assist
I have taken cellphone contract in December 2019 at game store amanzimtitoi galleria. I received voucher which i used to purchase a acer laptop-game store did not have stock-i took display unit. In April laptop started to give problems, the screen will suddenly go black with hazel screen.during lock down level 5 due to covid19 everything was closed, i fully understand. I went to game store on 25 may 2020 to send laptop for repair. Now its 1st August 2020. Most stores and repair centers are operational. I am deeply disappointed in the service. I would like game management to please look into the matter. I need laptop for business use. Now i cannot afford another laptop. game store management please review this matter urgently and i would like replacement laptop as i am unable to wait any longer. On 15 July i called nedbank contact center first an to get threw a home loan specialist is a night mare. 16 june i sent letter to nedbank - Nedgroup life - clientservices@nedgrouplife.co.za requesting my bond ability credit life cover amount to be reduced as every year it increases an my home loan amount as reduced. I requested this matter to be urgent. I received email from nedgroup life, some one from junior policy administration department will contact me, the person did not contact me. I would like to share my experience. I purchased pre owned isuzu kb300 from halfway toyota shelly beach. I would like to thank mr Barnard the pre owned sales manager, mr danny khan. And f&i mrs thabile. I must say the vehicle was absolutely nice i never regret one moment. Halfway toyota is there to assist. I would definitely purchase another vehicle in future. Amazing team. Good day to capitec bank senior management. On 8 may 2020 my wife an i went to capitec branch in durban. My wife is foreign national. With legal status to reside and work in south africa. Visa issued from department of home affairs After waiting in long queue due to covid-19. We were assisted and notified that capitec can not open bank account for my wife. Reason visa states visitors visa. Under new law from home affairs. Foreigner married to south african citizen, the visitors visa gets converted to new visa under trpv (temporary residence permit visa) vistors visa sub section 11.(6) When you look at my wifes visa conditions. Clearly states. (1) permitted to reside with sa citizen identity number - my identity number (husband) (2) secondary activity (means) - employers company name on visa, which means she is employed by that specific company which is on the visa. Visa expires 2023. Now if home affairs was in fault she would not be permitted to work or reside in south africa. To my understanding capitec staff is not understanding the new visa rules and regulations from the department of home affairs. Now that my wife is employed, she needs to receive her salary, an capitec is refusing to open the bank account. Capitec is linked to the department of home affairs. I would like capitec send my wifes passport an visa to home affairs an request feedback from home affairs weather bank account can be opened i would like to see direct reply from home affairs feedback to capitec. I wil gladly send all documents Please can you urgently expedite this matter asap please call me or email privately asap so we can resolve the problem I await your urgent feedback
