Today I went to Checkers Hyper in Centurion Mall. On my way out I saw lillies on sale for R40 each. I pi ked up 2 and went to the express till. I got told to go to the 2nd lady and while I was waiting to be assisted at the 2nd till they helped someone after me at the first till while I hadn't been assisted as yet. I then went to till 3 where I was told to go to till 4. At till 4 I told the cashier that the two plants I bought were R40 each on sale. She refused to assist me because only one of the plants had a red sticker and told me to get one with a red sticker. By then I was beyond cross! I didn't buy the plants and went and spoke to an Antoinette in the store office. I've never been so badly treated and I had already spent quite a bit of money in the store.
Shocking service and empty promises is all I receive from Team Vitality ! Since early August I have been logging calls for my race refunds and we are now at the 26th September and still no refunds received. I called again today (9874481472 - Kuhle) and I got told it will be paid with the next cycle but I didn't get a payment end August or end September ! Providers are quick to take the money due to them but its always a fight when its the other way around. I also keep getting the same email response over and over again. Truly shocking & disgusted with the Team Vitality team. No feedback gets provided or deposit date !!!!!!!!!!!
Lost for words with Vodacom Customer Service & Customer Experience I'm lost for words to say the least this morning. From dealing with VodaWorld, 2 x stores & numerous HelloPeter team complaints & no feedback received. I received my statement via email and I noticed that the details on the statement are incorrect. Since April I have been trying to get my lines onto my names, filling in and supplying paperwork and yet it is still wrong ! How the hell do I get this sorted out !!!!!! I don't understand why I have invoices for IntDev on my statement when I had those lines transferred into my name !!!!! I ordered chicken livers from PNP ASAP on Friday 16 June 2023. On Sunday I made the chicken livers for myself and all I can say is thank goodness I thawed them and then cleaned each one individually because I found spleen & gall bladder pockets in-between my livers. 5 pockets of green stuff and for pink pockets. All I can say is this has put me off chicken livers for life. I'm very trusting of the food I buy and would generally just put it in the pot and cook it. After many months of not buying take-away's, today I went to McDonald's Jean Crossing. Firstly the youngster serving me misunderstood my order request so I went with the Nazo Jalepeno Chicken meal. Ticket No. #228 I received a 3/4 cup of coke zero, pale chips and to my shocker when I got home had someone's dirty tissue and paper wrapper in my packet with my burger. I normally support the McDonald's on Hendrik Verwoerd Drive in Centurion but after today I'm cured of take-away foods.

I would like to compliment the Vodacom Hello Peter team for their excellent service and professionalism. I have deleted my complaints to write this review. I wish the rest of Vodacom was as passionate as Tracy and her colleagues are. Items I haven't been able to get sorted out via a store in two months never mind a month have been sorted within a week. The team contacts you within hours of lodging the complaint and CALL you to discuss your issue. You have given me hope. Thank you! You are truly SUPER STARS.

I have requested on numerous occasions for my address details to be updated but when I receive my statements / invoices it is still wrong. I submitted my proof of address and not sure where they got the address on my account!!! They got the 309 Duiker Avenue correct but not sure where the town came from "SWAARTBOOISTAD TEMBA" It should read : 14 Iets Luuks, 309 Duiker Avenue, Zwartkop x7, Centurion, 0157 Can i get confirmation that my debit order date is the 1st of the month and NOT the 25th of the month. Also I noticed across my credit reports more than one enquiry was done, not sure why this was necessary and it affects my credit rating !!!! Can some of them please be removed ????? I have added this information to a previous complaint but no reply / assistance received !
I would like to thank and compliment the mobile staff, namely Kamogelo Mokgwabone & Bongani Thabethe for their professional and friendly assistance. They were extremely helpful and very apologetic for the miscommunication regarding the appointment time. They were truly SUPER STARS! MINUS 5 STARS Unfortunately I can't give the same feedback for the staff that set-up my appointment. From my appointment being schedule to Monday (29/5/2023), to being moved on Saturday to Tuesday (30/5/2023), to being called yesterday afternoon to reschedule again with some excuse about not having my windscreen and wanting to move the appointment to Wednesday. Amazing once I told the lady that my appointment had already been rescheduled they found my windscreen.
