Placed an online order on the 18th of August and i havent received any communication regarding my order, lodged a complain over the phone last week and called today to follow up and guess what???? no one has looked at my complain or tried to resolve it, i want my goods delivered on Saturday or my money back in full by tomorrow afternoon, website says 5 to 7 working days to deliver but still nothing, please do not waste my time and money.
i called a week ago to decrease my limit from R3000 to R1000 and i see that person who was assisting me actually decreased the limit to R1000. Like really????? whats going on???? can some call me to fix this???? totally unacceptable now my account is at a negative! you messing with my credit score
It has been 7 months but no assistance from standard bank, i reported a fraud case(over R12000) but i have received calls from the ****arney branch, the lady that contacted me was useless to be honest, no solutions, i have sent emails to the fraud department still no response. I have decide to take the matter to ombudsman as i feel i was treated unfairly and the bank was at fault to failure of FICA. i am really frustrated thats why i closed my account. what a useless ban****!!!!! can i get a call from the fraud department as i have a police case number and report. no words can begin to describe how i feel about standard bank, there are certain policies that are not in place in that bank, i had a fraud case opened last year, the police tried tracing the person as they obtained banking details and FAKE FICA documents from the bank, the fraudster opened an account with a stolen ID that was already reported as stolen/missing and standard bank still opened the account for that person, like how? the address is wrong, the ID is fake? FICA was not verified and that is a huge fine as the bank is at fault, i want my money bank as there was no verification done when the account was opened. i will be going public about this matter, what kind of bank just opens accounts without verifying the client?????? i work for a financial institution and i find these finding about your bank really disappointing, i have banked with standard bank for years due loyalty but the service is sooo bad there is a lot if fraud going on as there are no systems in place. Called today to do a follow on my RA withdrawal and it has been over 10 days and still the refund has not been done, called today and i was put on hold for more than 10 minutes, what is going on? why the delay as it should be less than 10 days to process everything?
Haven’t debited my account AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m soooo tired of vodacom! Staff unfriendly and they dnt know what they talking about! It’s like systems dnt talk to each other! I’m in arrears because I was not debited! They owe me a refund butting was not deducted this month...I have decided to take vodacom to the Ombudsman! I’m sick and tired
Scam! Micheal is a scam! He pretends to be selling building materials, you pay 60% deposit then he doesn’t take your calls or respond to emails! He stole R12 500 from me! Be careful
I’m sooo frustrated, changed my banking details to FNB from standard bank and I have been getting ****** rude agents like Dimpho! I want to cancel everything today since no one can assist me it’s been two months. You debited my standard bank account and I have incurred cost (R256) I will be sending you my bank state as I want you to settle that amount. Please send me quotes to close my account work with you TODAY! Want nothing to do with Vodacom. ****** rude and useless
I bought a shirt at Edgars Rosebank, took it back and asked for a cash refund without my original slip but I had my eft slip, one of the cashiers could trace my slip on their system (through my EFT slip)and she printed the slip but the credit manager THEMBI came and advised that I can not get a cash refund and then called the contact center and spoke to Bulelwa, she advised that a cash refund could be done and asked the store to call her back, how can the store allow me to use my own phone inside the store to call the contact center???????? Where is the customer service???? I am really disappointed by the level of service received, your staff members Need more training on how to treat customers! They just ddnt want to assist me. It was a cash sale. I have an account with you guys and unfortunately I will be closing it this week, I am really disappointed.
Hi. I was a financial planner at Discovery, I left the company end of June 2018, I moved the signed business to the new adviser and the commission was supposed to be paid on the 1st of August but the commissions department said the commission was released to my broker code and I fail to understand why as my broker code should have been closed. The new adviser has not been paid as yet and she has been communicating with commissions and still no solution! It’s been a month and no solution. Let’s not forget that advisers are commission based and also have debts to pay every month. There was no sense of urgency at all. Your assistance will be highly appreciated
