If I could give no stars I would. They have no after sales service at all. Battled weeks to get an invoice out of them. Then I asked to exchange safety boots for a size bigger. It's been 3 weeks and it has still not been resolved. Unless I harass them I get no reply to my emails. Definitely will never use them again
What's the point of writing a review about Bosch and how they tried desperately to rip me off when Hellopeter just goes and deletes it a few weeks later? The fact that Bosch is still actually around amazes me. Told me a bunch of lies about the condition of my car hoping to scare me into spending the money. Money I didn't have to spend in the first place. So I took my car elsewhere and they charged me less than a quarter of what Bosch was going to charge me. Most of the problems that Bosch told me I had to IMMEDIATELY fix to make my car drivable was *******. Using scare tactics on a woman because they don't think I'll query what they tell me. Let's see if Hellopeter decides to delete this review too
I cannot express how grateful I am to them for sorting out my car. They went out of their way to help me. After the BS I had to deal with from Bosch, they swept in like a knight in shining armour and sorted out my issues. Kept me up to date every step of the way. From this point forward I will not take my car anywhere else.
I have never in my entire life waited this long for a claim to be finalised. I have never had this little communication about a claim ever. I lodged a third party claim and it took a week to send out an assessor. Then another week and no further communication, even after repeated emails asking for information. I'm not even at fault here but nobody can be bothered to communicate with a person.
On the 19th June I received a phone call as well as a sms to request confirmation of my comprehensive insurance for my vehicle. I immediately responded by getting the required confirmation from my insurance company, and send it to Wesbank by email on the 35th June. Today 1st of July I received another mail and sms notification advising me that Wesbank Insurance were unable to get hold of me, and that they are going to add limited insurance cover to my finance, until they receive this confirmation. When trying to phone them, I held on for 20 minutes without getting in touch with anyone. Is anyone even checking the mailbox that the insurance confirmation gets sent to. I see I am not the only client complaining about this today
THIS IS NOT AIMED AT DIRECT AXIS. IT IS ANOTHER WARNING ABOUT DIRECT AXIS SCAMS!!! So my father in law got conned out of R10k about 2 weeks ago through a fake Direct Axis Scam. I see someone mentioned about a year ago that there was a scam going on. More than one year later and the Fraudsters are still at it. Same "Gina Nel" So many innocent people being caught out when they really can't afford to be caught out. This loan was my father in law's only hope. Now they are even more *****ed than when this started. People be careful what you believe!
