We have been trying to get our pension from Sanlam for almost a Year now, Different Brokers Different Sanlam Offices . Still Nothing . Sanlam EB benefits are the worst I have dealt with.
I get 3 calls a day from clientele - and nobody speaks . I then Block the number only to receive another call from a different number . Again nobody speaks . This is becoming a nuicance
I used wonga 8 years ago and All was good. I tried again but in the meantime my email has changed . After 3 calls to the call centre, and 12-15 emails they still say I can change this on the website under my detail. Obviously I dont have access to the original email and I tried this first . Top company. They offer great products, and the service was exceptional. They truly live by their motto, and in all my dealings with Bidvest, they were extremely compassionate and supportive.
I know legal aid is a goverment assosiation , however they are useless. I had a complaint , After numerous cals and email , with permission they dont give me any feedback In fact the legal representative did not even arrive at the last court date. i THEN RECEIVED A Contact fron their headoffice a certain MR Lohale , he was extremely rude and my issue has still not been resolved . I have been trying to contact them telephonicaly. however they are ignoring me
I started a campaign , I submitted proof of bank and was promised the donations minus their fee was paid into my account on the 8th of October. Still not received? When calling them they say they will provide proof of payment which has not been done as yet. Today you just get a message saying all the agents are busy . Please help me as this campaign was for welfare
