We bought a vacuum cleaner from Pick n Pay Greenstone and 4 days later it started over heating, we took it back and they told us it needs to be sent to verimark for repairs. So off it went. 4 weeks later we heard nothing so my husband went in, they said they didn't know where the machine was but they'd sort it and call my husband. 2 weeks went by and still nothing, so my husband went in again to be told, they can see it has been shipped but can't say where it is or when it will be at their shop. The verimark woman came over and said to my husband 'but you had a 14 day money back, why didn't you just exchange it' but she was the one who said it must be sent for repairs after 4 days of having it. Well we are ANOTHER 2 WEEKS LATER and still nothing from Pick n Pay Greenstone and no Vacuum cleaner. Verimark, I want to know why your representative was so cr*p at her job and didn't advise us on the 14 day money back or exchange? Why she mislead us and didn't guide us correctly? Between Verimark and Pick n pay Greenstone, we have NEVER received such disgusting service and lack of communication or guidance like we have between these 2 entities.

Delivery was exceptionally quick. Very impressed. The watch is attractive and still resembles an old school watch. The only is i cant find is how to silence the watch when it rings, a bit concerned about that when i am sitting in meetings and cant silence it other than that, i love it. As the free gift i opted for a screen protector when i really wanted the silicon strap and when it got here, there was a screen protector in the box. Such a huge pity the Package content doesn't tell you that there is already a screen protector in the box :(
I walked into the shop with absolutely no idea what i was doing and i walked out with knowledge that will carry me to continue with what i want to do. The most helpful, knowledgeable ladies in the shop. I would recommend The Soap Barn to anyone and everyone. Most phenomenal face to face i have experienced in a very long time.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE ****S and THEIVES. I ordered a solar fountain pump at the end of September that said there was 3 in-stock. 7/8 days after ordering i followed up to find out where my pump is, to get a snotty email in return telling me that they emailed me the day before - Yes they emailed me BUT couldn't be bothered to check the spelling of my email address that came from their ONLINE shopping. They told me that they do not have stock and tried to push another pump on to me that would not suit my application. I asked for a refund, 2 weeks after requesting my refund they send me an email with their refund policy which states it takes 15 days for refunds....15 days has come and gone and when i follow up Nicole lies telling me "HR" will send my POP 'shortly'....well 4 days later i am still no where. Gemma on the other hand has no people/sales skills whatsoever and replies to angry clients over WhatsApp, rudely and like a 14 year old child !!!!!!!!!!!! Poor newbie Raymond has to deal with the angry clients while NICOLE is not in the office and IGNORES emails and LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT THE EFF IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY AND THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE????
ThULANI MSTWENI of Backyard Masters took my money for a jungle gym on the 23rd December 2020, promising he will install it on the 27th December 2020. He has an excuse EVERY SINGLE time it comes to installing my kids jungle gym. He is sitting with R3825 of MY MONEY and to this day no installation date and no money paid back. He posts all over gumtree, junkmail and olx. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRIMINAL.
The manager at Pick n Pay Greenstone, Eric, is the most helpful manager I've ever come across. He was informative and willing to help me with my son's( 19 Months old) essential goodies. He also told me to give him a call tomorrow to find out if they got the go ahead to sell toys as it's my daughter's 5th birthday next week and I would like to purchase a gift for her. Eric and team, I take my hat off to you guys for providing the customers with your patience and helping them understand. Thank you to all the essential workers at Pick N Pay Greenstone.
I'd just like to share the fact that Bauer pans are awful! I bought 2x Bauer pans (pink and purple), Nov 2018,and they have NEVER been non stick. They are the absolute worst pans I've ever in my life bought. I've never been so disappointed in a product that I've bought and at the price I paid. I would far rather buy Tfel pans as those last forever.
Never in my life have I come across such incompetent people!!!!!!! I have had 2 transactions done on a credit card that I don't have access to that I feel is fraud but yet they keep drawing my current account into the equation. Yesterday they wasted 2.5 hours of my time by NOT LISTENING to me. They do quick to take your money but when you have a problem, they can't sort it out. It's absolutely ridiculous. I'm 8 months pregnant and have to deal with high blood pressure because of these people. I'm absolutely disappointed in Nedbank.
