Three times this week I have asked to be removed from your list , yet you continue to call me. As soon as I ask your operator for a supervisor they hang up and the issue is not resolved.
Despite opting out repeatedly , I continue to get calls, when asking to speak to a supervisor the call center person hangs up the phone.
had two separate claims within a 10 day period, both handled quickly and without any fuss. paid out quickly so I am not out of pocket.
Incompetence, due to a technical error with sound the solution is to not allow me to watch the action without sound but to put on the same adverts over and over. I have now missed the vital part of the race as I have been only able to see adverts on repeat. I want a refund!
Constant calls , despite repeatedly opting out, stop harassing me!
I continuously get called for marketing ( either a new decoder or a subscription waiver etc.) every time as soon as I ask to be removed from the contact list the operator hangs up while I am talking and my name is not removed and I get another unsolicited call while I am trying to work .
After a year with Dotsure I have only positive feedback, had a couple of claims for injured pets and with each claim I was contacted with the feedback on my claim within 1 day with the money in my account the following day. No hassles really easy and trouble free
Contacted OOBA insure, regarding proof of insurance the representative could assist and within 10 minutes this was sent to my Bank with me in copy, If you would like to contact me for the representatives name I am happy to do so and give a 5 star review for her
Bought a new built in Defy Oven in December, last week the bulb blew, when removing to replace found that the light fitting rivets had failed and the contacts had actually come lose in the fitting and shorted tripping the mains. Logged this on the Dey website under the contact us section. got the confirmation email ( without any reference number from the noreply@defy.co.za address ) within a few minutes but since then no response from Defy. The oven cannot be used as the broken fitting is a fire risk.
Once again live sport is partially missed because we have to have reruns of recorded content. Even 20 minutes are the scheduled started the recorded content ends and then there has to be 10 adverts. By the time finally cross to the live race 7 of the 36 laps already completed and key actions missed. I pay for live sport, dont advertise live sport if you are going to show reruns of recorded content.
