SILVERLAKES CHICKEN LICKEN! My Name is MR Kabelo Sanyane. Resident of Faerie Glen Pretoria,Also a regular consumer of your Brand,particularly Silverlake as it is 7ks From my house. I encountered a very rude Order lady just After 20:00pm On mothers day @ your Silverlake Branch. (Sunday the 11th May,2025.I sent an email to your complaints department same day when I got home. Her Name is Botshabelo/Bochabelo as I was told,she was using Millicents till(I was told by the despatch lady)) on duty). I placed an order for a snack wrap with extra cheese ,then initially Feed my craving ,which I changed to Party 16 to share with someone. When I got to paypoint that's when I met this Rude lady. I changed my mind(from Party 16 back to Feed my cravings and I got a rude reply. She changed her face,rudely Said that,I have to drive over again to start the que as I must make up my mind there,seething with rage!!!. We know is not true because I an alter my order before I pay,She gave me a death stare and insisted I go start over. I refused and apologized to her over 5 X times to avoid that inconvenience,Imagine. I only dis this because I couldn't wait to get home to write about this unprofessional, Rude and inconsiderate behavior of a salesperson reflecting badly on your company. Clearly I am not the 1st ,where else would she have the guts? Kindly deal with this unprofessional lady as she reflects bad on you. I chose not to go to Hellopeter 1st to voice my displeasure to afford you the opportunity to deal with this and Provide me with feedback. I am upset and shocked at this. I have just been on the receiving end of extremely bad service from Woolworths Menlyn. I just received a New Woolworths Store card and used it yesterday at Woolworths Centurion mall with no problems after receiving it. I am recently married and My ID is in my ****en Surname. I had my Drivers license and Marriage certificate which both show my new Surname. The teller was extremely rude and the manager already made up their mind. Woolworths policy says I should produce proof of identity with the first few purchases. I had more than enough documentation. I was left embarrassed after being called a potential Fradster. Worst Client experience from a Dishonest Salesman (Haval Menlyn). We bought a new car in December 2023 after being in an accident. We told the salesman we had a minor shortfall after the bank settled the old car. One of the condition of sale was that to be added to the new car transaction,I was instore with my wife and we were veery clear. The salesman was very clear that will not be an issue . We also looked for deals with payment holiday,We were shopping Round and that incentive is a benefit to new clients as we are aware. They promised 2 months(even went as far as paying for 1X month installatment) That is expected as one of the options we had offered 90 days Payment holiday. The salesman(Paul) Showed us figures and said that INCLUDED The shortfall. That turned out to be a Complete LIE, We became aware as our previous bank told us that the shortfall was not covered. We only found out yesterday (9th Jan 2023)We called the Branch (Haval Menlyn)Immediately. We were met by an Unhelpful,Egotistic,Arrogant ,Patronizing Manager who simply said,I can't help you ,besides Your Bank had paid already there is nothing you can do,I'd like to see you try. I told him because of the dishonesty from your salesman we have all the intention to bring back the car,This is surely not Haval SA stands for, We are convinced this is a Branch issues not the Brand and need intervention. On Thursday A Bolt driver made a reckless decision to ,*******ly make a U-turn and crash into my car with my wife in it. We are hurt. The driver claims to Not have insurance. I have been in Contact with Bolt and they are competently removing themselves from the situation. Even when the driver works for them have shared all the information,pictures and the damage. I told them their drivers says he has No insurance and they do not care. In short a bolt driver can transport passengers without insurance. I can prove this. The reckless driver had a passenger who is willing to be a witness. How do I get this organisation to take responsibility for their actions? They are simply refusing to acknowledge that their driver wracked my car and they are distancing themselves from the situation. I need Assistance.
My Name is Mr Kabelo Sanyane. My Car was hit from behind by a Takealot delivery driver. I have sent countless emails to take a lot,and they reply via email only with promises to call do that we can resolve the problem. This happened on Tueday after ,Chantelle ,Akasia. I gave them the driver Name,Car registration, Pictures of the damage( I have a video and more images from the scene) Including the Quotation for damages. The Driver confidently Said ,I Should call his employer as they will arrange with him repayments after they "fixed " the damage. He could not be bothered after saying,he is in a rush to the next delivery. The Nerve!!!!! He was is such a rush,like most are.Something must be done. The driver admits fault. I complained on Wednesday telephonically where I got given the "complaint email adress" To date, I have Not Received any Telephonic engagement " References is: 36033854. I am Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed at the lack of action.
We have lodged a household content insurance claim on the 3rd of January 2022. My wife is the policy holder, as her husband I am entitled to follow-up as I have been doing for the few weeks. It has been 22 days since the claim ,We have Never received a call from Iwyze old mutual NEVER We have called more than 15 times myself and my wife to Great expense. We hold the line for a minimum of 20 mins each time. We have had people come and go to our house to fetch 2 items ,a huge security risk which I have complained about during the "inspection and collection:" of 2 small items from various companies to show the level of incompetence we have been subjected to. The worst part is that all that we receive are apologies and empty promises.(which we do not need nor welcome anymore) let alone the unprofessional and extremely RUDE call centre staff,the last straw was the previous Friday (21st January at 15:30pm) where we held the line for 35minutes while an unhelpful agent was clearly deliberately pretentending to not here us and continued chatting with her colleagues as it was closer to end of day. My claim is for a MICROWAVE (essential good ) and A LAPTOP,Which forms part of my working tool). We have been left inconvenienced for 3 weeks,totally unacceptable. I Need assistance as I am Extremely frustrated and utterly disappointed by the appalling non existence service. We regret the day we moved our houseld insurance to Old Mtual from a competitor as my wife has policies there we thought it will be of great benefit to merge,what a regrettable move. Our claims number is ;1175136. The Telephonic recording they claim to record will detail our horrific encounters with Old mutual household insurance department over the past 22 days on hell. We are disappointed beyond measure and currently struggling to cope. We have Never missed a premium ,22days is total unacceptable. Please help bring an end to this Nightmare.
I have placed and paid for an order for 15x mecer mouse units on the 11th of July,that included a delivery fee. I have sent countless emails and called over 5 times. Last Friday night after much hustle the delivery company they use RTT delivered the wrong goods. I am self employed and rely on orders for a living. Today we are having a cold war. The courier service is dismissive,they can actually driver today but they are being a Goliath to a David n have dismissed me. I am loosing the order n need help. I am in the free state,Qwaqwa n I'm being considered on the outskirts. Initially they said they deliver on Mondays n baring in mind that today is the 12 th day after paying for the order I am still waiting.
