serviced my two previous Ford Rangers at Consolidated Ford from 2014 to 2022. Now I have an Isuzu, but I miss that Ford service. My vehicle always felt well looked after when I got it back, like it was gone through from front to back. Windows sealed, handbrake set, cleaned, and it just felt nice getting it back every time. Wish I could find a place to take my Isuzu with that kind of service. Your team is great. You should start servicing Isuzu vehicles.
We went to Nwenya for ur first time from 1 to 5 Desember. We were very excited, booked in Monday late afternoon and left for Kruger park early Tuesday morning, just a hour or so after we got back a terrible hail storm hit Nwenya. We left the next morning. My wife and I has reached out to Nwenya and asked if we could please just get a week voucher to come back. She has made it very clear that she will not help. The hail was not their fault. I fully agree but is was not ours either. I do not think re – booking a mid-week to come back was a unfair request. Yet she is very clear that she will not help. The water and power was off all week, they even sent a message saying that there are health and safety risks, and you are responsible for you and your kids. Does not sound like a holiday to me. I cant believe they would treat people like this. I still dont think it was a unfair request to get a chance to go back. I was not going to say anything, but i feel unhappy about how this was handled.

I have logged a call on Monday 2nd Des for a faulty electric pre paid meter. I cant load pre paid electricity and is stuck on error 30. Today is 6 Des all ready. I could luckily make a plan, else i would be on day 5 without power. I phone every day, every day a different lie or like today, they leave me on the line for more than 20minutes until n gave up. Pathetic, if you have a issue you are in deep trouble with these people. I have ref number and everything, just nothing being done.
I have been struggling for 2 years with a problem. The system show i have upgraded which i have not. They have been taking my device fee since end 2021 and i do not have a device. When i ask for the device they also do not want to give it? As i did not upgrade but the system show i have, thus the deduction. I have logged calls monthly, every time with a friendly operator who assures me it it resolved and they will call me back. Sorry for the inconvenience. Month end money go off again and same problem, and no call back. I have asked many many times for a supervisor to phone back, they never ever do. This is terrible service, and taking money for a product not delivered is *****ing in my eyes. Shame on you Vodacom, can not resolve 1 issue? The calls are recorded, but why not then go back on the recordings and fix your problem? If i pay for a device for 2 years i al least want it! Now there is another upgrade done that i asked not to do until all is sorted!
The service is terrible, I have had a problem since last year, paying for a upgrade I did not do. Paying for a device I do not have. They say every few days I phone they can see that to be true, and will fix. But they move me from department to department. Nothing gets resolved, You get the feeling they say what you need to hear, end the call but then do nothing to fix? They can't give me the device as it is canceled and with elite mobile. Absolutely terrible Vodacom. Not expecting this bad service and months of struggling.
I bought some deals which were supposed to be delivered today. When I bought it, it said 15th and that suited us. They changed and came last week when we were not at home. I could not re-schedule as the system does not work. It said oops, there is a problem when you try to set a new delivery date. My order has been returned and I can no longer get those deals. Also, I bought the items for a b-day, not I have no presence! Miss Leletu.G at Takealot said the delivery attempts were valid so my order will not be replaced and delivered today. How is the attempt valid, it is the wrong date, and no way to give a correct delivery date as was agreed on a purchase. This is bad service, very disappointing.
My dad bought a secondhand ranger. The vehicle had problems starting, they said it was due to standing but soon after we found the diesel pump was broken. Expensive to fix. Did that and took the vehicle to testing station to get vehicle on my dad's name, just to hear that the engine is not the original and has no clearance, they can't put the vehicle on his name. Then the engine completely packed up! Vehicle was bought 21 December from Midstream branch and they are not helping to get the thing sorted. We bought from them as we thought they are a reputable big dealer. The sales agent’s name was Duvan and the person who is supposed to handle the case is Wynand P. I also phoned to try to help but I keep getting put thru to Wynand P and he there is no answer. When my dad did get a hold of him, he said he would get back to us, he did not. We also spoke to Albert van Jaarsveld with same result. Surely, they should take it back and give the money for the vehicle and expensive back!
Moved my home loan to FNB. It is impossible to get hold of anybody. I have been trying from 24August and the phones just keep ringing for 10 to 20 min without answer. When you go thru the phone is just put down. Pathetic service, puts FNB in a bad light
If made a complaint, Vodacom replied they will contact me and nobody has! Exactly why i complained originally. Why say you will contact me and then do not? Last month they went and took more that R2000 from my account. I have phoned now 4 times and every time they say it will be resolved and has been put thru to someone that can arrange the payment back to me. This is not being done and my account so far is over R2000 for this month also. They are charging me for an temporary LTE that they gave me to use until the fibre line is up. And yes,i paid for the LTE when i had it, the installer took it with him and from then i have been paying the full Fibre amount. Vodacom just can't seem to sort this. They keep saying they will send me the reference number, but they never do. Every time since November last year when i speak to someone trying to cell me vodacom fibre that i all ready have,I tell them how bad my connection is and i have to restart my router now and then because it gets so slow.
