I have been calling since the 17th of October 2023 regarding the monthly cash back and still not resolution. I was asked to call again after a day of which did, I called twice on Friday the 20th of October 2023 of which I still did not receive any assistance or help. if there was problem with the system why are your clients not communicated? today I called twice and I was placed on hold by a rude consultant lying to me that she is assisting me. what a bad customer experience. A contract was signed with both parties to play their roles. my obligation is to pay my monthly premiums of which I am doing so, I do not give you problems when it comes to collection the monthly premiums
Mr Shawn Towsen .. what good man he is, in all honesty and yes he was doing his job but he went above his duties.. In middle of all rains and morning traffic he was there to assist and giving me advice as to what to do as this was my first car accident. He kept on checking on me, my condition and gave me the only umbrella he had hahah. Even after my car was towed he waited with him until my girlfriend showed up.. so Thank you and keep helping others as you have helped me.

I had booked for my parents to go there to relax as they are old people, but life happened and they informed me in time that they won't be able to make it so I had to cancel the booking, it's a long process to even cancel your booking and the time they attend your matter they will tell you that" it's late to even make any cancellation and we will fully charge you for the full accommodation" what the **** is that? It's festive season and people just wants to relax and enjoy, When paying for the booking I didn't give you guys problems and I know policies and procedures are in place and I respect that, instate of advising your customers properly and making them understand you guys do the opposite. On the 15 of June 2018 i paid R445. 00 on behalf of my mother for DSTV which i did my payment on the FNB online platform, ref number as the Samrtcard number but even today they said the dstv was not paid, i have been calling and forwarding proof of payments and today i am owing R782 from where? what happened to the R445 i paid in June? if a wrong product was selected for example but your ref number is correct you will not even get assisted by multichoice for them to just allocate your money together with ref number to the right of product you rerf number is assigned to. my question is what happened to the R445 i pad on the 15 of June 2018
