I've never received such super and splendid service before... Whether online or in store, but Nicheliving has proven to me that they are a true definition of CUSTOMER SERVICE... 5 star rating is not enough .... For me it's a 💯 ... Thank you so much...
I took up their internet, from May I'm unable to receive data, when I try to top up I'm always being given false hope. It went as far as being unable to log on online and topping up on my own. I try my level best to call dstv on a daily basis but I'm still getting no assistance. Been waiting for the last agent's follow up call since Monday the 10th/06/2024. I'm sure there is someone who must at least be willing to assist with my internet connection... Because so far I'm wasting airtime and personal time wishing for non existing assistance.
I gave Richard Rasebeka a car sales lead last year and I never received my R1500 payment as agreed. He later contacted me after I sent him a message asking for my payment since the client came to show me their car which they manage to get through my referral to Mr Richard Rasebeka. He said I can't get payment since the client got the car on discount. It was a difficult thing to process since I also had financial problems which he was aware of as I have been working with him for years with no payment problems from his side This year in may I gave him another lead, he would call me countless times when he could not get hold of the referral and I will use my own resources to get the client to talk to Richard. Eventually the client decided to continue with the sale and he received his car in June. It is now September and Mr Richard is ghosting me. I have to call text him in order to get a resolution from him. Even today he's still quite, can someone please assist me. The last resolution I got after I sent him countless texts was that they can't get hold of the client, funny enough he was able to get hold of the client using the same number but the finance department cant. I then resorted to give him the client's management number, but they never contacted the manager as I always enquire with him (the manager) since he is my good friend. Can I be assisted with my payments? Can someone take over Richard Rasebeka and assist me promptly. He last Said he will send me R1500 from last year's sale but even today I received nothing... this is unprofessional and unfair... worst service especially to someone who always gives positive leads all the time.
I'm very sick ... Been suffering from last night, had a problem with breathing as my throat seems swollen. The headache was pounding so bad ...I couldn't sleep. I only managed to sleep around 7am and my brother woke me around 9am so that he can take me to the dr. When we got at the dr I was advised to call hello Dr for authorisation purposes. That was around 11:12am, it's now 13:23pm still no call from the hello dr team. My joints are very painful and my breathing is very heavy and it's uncomfortable on my chest area. I slept and woke up to no call, so I took matters in my own hands and callee the hello dr team for clarity for the long wait. I was told my matter will be escalated to the team leader and I should keep my phone close. I did as adviced. I kept my phone close .... Then I received a text from the team informing me about my call being rescheduled.. I'm not feeling ok, I'm dizzy ... My head is pounding on all sides... When I breath is painful... Seems like we paying for nothing as the service I'm receiving is just the same as being at the clinic. The so called bad service benefits our employer puts us through just for a mere medical consultation. 🚮🚮🚮Hello dr is *******
Poorest of all services ever.... Nadia from Ackermans contacted me today regarding my previous complaints but I'm still getting the same responds...they can't find my documents. I can not be expected to type an incident report and print out a statement the whole time only to be told that they can't find my documents. It's absurd and very poor service which is an inconvenience to me as their previous client. How come they don't find my documents but I confirmed with the agent who was assisting us at their stores if they received the docs and she agreed. Instead of asking me when I sent the documents which I obviously wont remember as I sent them 3 times, can't they call the manager who assisted me at the seshego retail branch and investigate with her. Is this their strategy of refusing to pay me back my money. I want my money Ackermans. I don't go around picking up money and donating it, that money I can use it for my boys, not to enrich Ackermans. Absolutely not, Nadia, should investigate by listening to their recordings coz I even called their collection using my own airtime...then ask at the seshego store regarding the submission process they used. I don't work for Ackermans so I don't know which system they use to send their docs. So please give me back my money. I feel you are creating a stunt not to give me my money back Pay back the money Ackermans...just pay it back and stop doing unnecessary investigations by cross examining the incorrect person. First people you should call are the people who sent the documents...Ackermans seshego circle centre branch. They know my case very well. You'll be able to get the answers you looking for. Period. After that give me back my money.
I mistakenly transferred funds into the Ackermans account in 2021 around March... My account was paid up and closed already so I called their financial department and was adviced to go to the nearest store and submit a letter and bank statement. I submitted the requested document, then after a month or two I went back to enquire how far my matter was, I was told they never received the documents (which was not possible as the manager of the seshego branch submitted on my behalf in the store). I then had to resubmit which we did but still to date Ackermans has not returned to me. I asked if I can take anything in the store for the same amount of cash but they said it's not possible. Please help me get money back from Ackermans.
Cell c investigators failing me.... till date I'm being harrased headed for an account that I settled more than 8 months ago....
I'm really getting stressed over cell c....they promised to get Nudebt off my case as they realised that I owe them nothing but to date in still being harrased harassed by Nudebt.. ..cell C I'm really getting tired of your poor customer service.... no man.... can't a person breath bathong.... cell c is harassing us and it's annoying
Oh my God.. ..Cell C is at it again.. ..they sent their so called Nudebt to harass me last year...i paid the R556 which they claim it's for cancellation fee.....so guess what....these bullies called cell c are at it again...they sent nu debt to say i owe them 490 for cancellation fee....people of South Africa we really need to take cell c to court its now stealing our hard earned money. I cancelled the contract in March 2017...they sent Moses Mofokeng to investigate but coz their records are dodgy he couldn't assist me and left me hanging for answers by telling me he is going to confirm something with his supervisor. That was for the R556 which they also didn't know what it was for. I am getting so frustrated that a network provider like cell c could render such a low key services to it's clients. I get so happy when people are leaving cell c.... and i am going to be an anti cell c activist....my sister warned me when i took up the contract with Cell C but coz I was loyal I didn't listen.... now I'm in the same boat with her.. ..being harrased by cell c.... What the **** do they want with me coz I over paid you....you asked for 1890 settlement amount and I ended up paying 2700 as you always harassing me.... Damn Cell C
I am so tired and write this review with a heavy heart.....Cell C took me to Nudebt for an amount of R250 that I needed to settle in order to avoid a listing. I asked the consultant from Nudebt exactly how much I owe cell C c and she said to me as far as they concerned Cell C handed me over for R250 and that is the only amount I should make a payment of. To my surprise after making an arrangement with Nudebt for an Ext payment as i told them i do not want them in my account....nudebt deducted R83 from my account which I made a recall as we have made an agreement and that was not part of the deal but a violation of our deal. I made the eft payment which was acknowledged by Nudebt and then was at peace that I got rid of Cell C from my life as it was now becoming a nuisance. My mother passed on and so after the funeral I wanted to trade in one of the cars and take a loan to upgrade to a minibus for business purposes as I have to take care of my siblings but to my utter most frustrated I found that i was in arrears of R556 with Cell which all the consultants and their so called investigators are failing to explain how it came about. How can a cancelled contract continue accumulating debt whereas it's been closed? What ever i have done to Cell C....i curse the day i came into contact with them.....Cell C is making our lives he'll and no 1 can assist people in our situations as even the consultants at the stores cannot understand how their own call centre is operating. I was a very committed customer turned into a hater of Cell C by their rotten behaviour and unjustified manner of stealing from it's customers. This is bull people and we need to do something to uproot the thief called Cell C
