The Lagoon is stunning, but our stay was extremely disappointing. The unit was dirty on arrival filthy mop, mismatched and broken cutlery, dirty dishcloths, and bedding that smelled used. I reported it to Beatrice (host) and Shebare (subhost). They sent cleaners with no uniforms, who simply turned the bedding around and sprayed it instead of changing it. We also weren’t informed about access to the Lagoon gate, which caused a long, inconvenient walk and a 30-minute wait for an exit code. For R8,000, the fridge didn’t work (had to be refilled with gas), the shower door was broken, and the dishwasher was unusable. Their “apology” was a Coke and a bottle of wine completely inadequate for such poor service. Beautiful location, but shockingly bad management and zero attention to guest comfort or value for money. Management needs to take serious action; guests deserve basic hygiene, honesty, and value for their money.
Busi , I am exteemly dissapoitmed in her service, Extremly unacceptable !!!!after I booked with her she send this message that the booking expired ? and she will take 50%? No reminder , and mind you after I send a message cause I wanted to pay the balance on a Monday , according to her the booking exoried the Saterday Excuses me ??? Now I finally get hold of her from a different number for the balance of the amount that's due to me, she shouts and drops the call in my ear !!!!!!! I know a lot of people will just leave it. BUT THIS NEEDS TO BE CALLED OUT!!!! YOU DON'T TREAT PEOPLE THIS WAY YOU ANSWER YOUR PHONE AND EXPLAIN YOUR DID SHE RE-SELL THE BOOKINGS??????? Thank you
I cannot stress enough how bad this service is , I have been complaining about my contract phone that keeps shutting down :( this is the most inconvenient thing that can happen , the contact is paid up to date , device is insured and no Service received from Cell C every time i need to go to Samsung and pay an additional fee THIS IS CRAZY!!! KEEPS giving a UI update error!

The prices are always better compared to others, a one-stop-shop, I wash my car while I do the shopping and From The lunch goodies to bulk meat, they have whatever you need, They even have some home appliances YES YES TTHEY DO! and ooooh did I mention the coffee shop.
Pedros Jewel City, This is Not the first time, I bought food as I didn't have time to cook, and low and behold, the fries were burnt (They say it's overcooked, and the roll was so hard so guess what? I didn't eat cause WOW ...I took the fries and roll back the next day, did the female manager not tell me the fries were overcooked and the roll was hard because they took it from the normal plastic and put it in the brown plastic, she replaced the roll and fries with a bad attitude so I just gave it away ....this service is horrible and the fries are always dry!!!!!
I have been struggling to get my E- Filling profile up and running , I booked n online appointment , was assisted , to my surprise my details are still the same nothing was updated and when you call the customer service line , one hold for almost 60 min this is ridiculous.
I am a very irritated client! I signed up for a contract phone Samsung A346e 2023, The phone system has been giving me un-ending issues, the phone is insured however I had to pay cash to update the software, I was sent from pillar to post and finally I took it to Vodacom Tech center and they fixed it but I had to pay cash and this phone is insured!!!!!!!! Now the agent no longer works there and telling me there is nothing they will do for me … Really CELL C It's giving me an issue now one ui error, this is so irritating and inconvenient, SAMSUNG SYSTEM ISSUES !!!!! I am still in contract and it is active and up to date,AND this is the service one is receiving ,,,,, Very dissatisfied and disappointed
