Dissapointed
Fnb housing took my money from my account without my permission, when I called guy called Conellas answer and asked me to hold the line For almost an hour I waited for him, nothing!!!

Is this a customer service / how you treat your clients?
What's costumer service is Fnb housing giving their clients? From Jan I was injured on duty so I couldn't work, the money I'm getting for now is for to get better I tried to explain to them one told me if I was disabled she was gonna help... One guy said he is not sure I've been with them for almost 8 years now, trauma from incident now cnt even sleep because of Fnb housing !

No costumer service in that bank
Hi, I told a loan in November 2018 at this bank today went, they put on a phone as usual wanted to make arrangements of paying them since im was in an accident at work,, the answer was no no your loan is new.. Is that how they treat their clients if they asking for help can't able to the full instalment in three months... Is that a crime, what must I do now **** myself! So disappointed

They not trustworthy!!
Last month I bought a bed at sleep masters (Montclair) Durban,its came on Saturday and I wasn't happy at all went to the shop,they promised to change it till today, I'm so disappointed they not trustworthy how can I pay for something I'm happy with?

He is very rude and I'm so disappointed
Hello Peter, on Thursday the 27th of September 2018 we booked at beach intreat guesthouse we felt so welcomed the owner or whoever told us about his other place that is much better but there are renovations, when we got there the place was still under contractions we were not sure but at end we took it, only to find out no hot water,paint smell. When I called him he was so rude telling he wants no headaches and he hung up on me! His number is ********** 391

Homechoice is not trustworthy
Hi,few years ago I had query with Homechoice, somebody took things with my ID no, ive sent some affidavits to them to prove that i dnt an account with them.. The matter was resolved,. However if i try to open an acc my credit score drop because of Homechoice! I never had an acc with them. I want them to clear my name.
