I bought my service plan at Audi East Rand.I am calling to get claim approval and have called 7 times between yesterday and today. Each time holing for more than 30 minnutes to no answer THIS IS PATHETIC!!! I want to cancel the plan and get a refund since I have bot used it and had bought it cash. Q-tech ,Eqstra you are terrible terrible terrible.
Car insurance claim experience getting worse and worse by the day. The start of the claim on the 13th of April seemed promising to go well,car uplifting was courtesy car hire was quick. From their assessment process EVERYTHING has been downhill.With Dennis Otto at AUTOMAGIC making intentional careless mistakes and not being receptive to correction - this experience has become terrible. Summary: Constantly changing numbers to suit THEIR outcome.They went from INFLATING my car retail value to UNDERSTATING the cost to repair, all to force a car that is a clear write off to be repaired. The back and forth and delay tactics by FNB Car claims are enraging.Having to call everyday for updates and next steps, they care less with every effort. FNB- HOW CAN WE HELP YOU??? What a terrible experience.
Rubrix is management group of ********s that has ****** millions from homeowners and municipalities- WHAT A MESS!!!! All they do is demand money from owners and squander it their own lavish lifestyle. They owe municipality millions on a complex that pre-paid water and electricity The have spent all the reserve funds and even taken a loan FOR WHAT!!!!! Homeowners need help - CSOS is not responding PLEASE HELP! No electricity for 3weeks now

Hi Almost 3 months ago I wrote on Hellopeter about bad service that I had recieved at a Vodacom Chatz store at Carnival Mall I explained I detail what had happened. Someone from Vodacom called to appologies for the bad service and committed to resolving the issue and help me to get the device that the store was supposed to give to me. They called once and today 3 months later I have not a thing from Vodacom nor the store. It's as if Vodacom does not even care how their contract customers are treated. I have 4 lines with Vodacom and I am not renewing any of them again when those contracts end I AM DEFINITELY MOVING!
Vodacom stores lie to us when they run specials, they did not give me the Dex docking station as advertised and they refuse to give it to me. In April I went to to the Vodacom Chatz at Carnival Mall,Vodacom had a special on the S9 and S9+ cellphone the catalogue said it came with the Samsung Dex docking station. Firstly they said they were out of stock, that Samsung has been out of stock for months ( then why run the special?) Then later they said I did not qualify for the Dex docking station ( but I qualify to get the contract?). After numerous emails to Vodacom complaints and Vodacom store complaints no one has come back to me, nobody is ever able to help me when I call. The last time I went to the store to enquire they said ,and I quote Neo the store manager," ma'am you can do as you please." I am a loyal Vodacom customer, I have 4 lines with Vodacom only to get such terrible and unprofessional service. Mpho Modipa
