Its been 2 years. I lodged a complaint with CSOS about water leaks at my complex which was coming from the roof. The body corporate at that time sorted the roof out and said they have no money to do the leaks. We are paying extremely high levies to zimbali Which they increased even more this year. CSOS only contacted me after 2 years. In this time the Adjudicator was questioning me only about who's property it was and that i must send her proof . Each time I sent something. She asked for something else. Then she wanted me to get someone to go and give a report on the leaks which I was going to do until the body corporate, the lady by the name of karla said she will do. Karla said she will send someone in that week. The Adjudicator kept asking for the settlement of this case. Karla did not respond. The Adjudicator then closed the Case saying that I didn't not comply so case is close and that I must take it to high court. How pathetic service. I comp****. The body corporate didn't but this looks like it was a ploy. They don't help you. It took 2 years to get this response and the body corporate still has not sent someone to have a look at the unit. The lady from CSOS Asha Sewpersadh doesn't know how to do her job as an adjudicator. Now i have no choice but to take to High court, Thank god i have good lawyers.

Worse experience ever. They teach you nothing. Give you a recipie . You must do it yourself and they eat it and tell you how it tastes lol. They mise with the ingredients. They will be so nice and welcoming when you register but after that, they treat you like you nobody. Lol you rather look at Instagram and you will learn how to cook and bake. But instead you paying 50 to 80 000 to read a recipie and do the work yourself. They don't even come and see if you know What you doing. Lol but they will criticize you. I have now registered at CTIA. I can't tell you how I wish I went here earlier before spending money in capsicum Ctia chefs teach you step by step everything. They don't mise with the ingredients. Friendly. I look forward to going to class. You take so much home. They there would you every step of the way. They don't take your stuff and taste and eat everything lol or come and say I'm hungry and take your stuff lol. That's what capsicum chefs do. As soon as you make something. You get one of the other chefs coming in class and taking your food🙈 truly over rated.
I ordered stuff in November from makro as gifts for clients and i never receive my order till now. i paid over R3000. I called the call centre and emailed them couple times and i was told someone will call me . Till date no one has. I had to buy the same gifts at takealot and received it in a week but makro hasnt delivered Everytime i call, They say someone will call me and no one does. The worse place to do online shopping with.
Lol i laugh when i hear the good reviews about this pool company cos it seems they have fake ppl adding comments here. They took R69000 from me last year march and i never received my pool or anything. Lawyer has summons taken to their place and they vacated their current place. They have had several pool companies that they traded in under different names and addresses. They have about 10 judgements against them. They defrauded several people. They think they have won, lol i wont stop until we find them. You don't take my money and my son is without a pool that he has been waiting for years. I had to take a loan for the pool and I'm a single mum and for them to do that, i will see that they go down. I haven't stopped and i won't stop until i find them. The entire family is involved and hides money in all their kids and daughter in laws accounts.

worse experience, i purchased flowers, chocolates and a cake for a friend to say thank you for all her help on the 23 of march 2021 and i even paid for same day delivery. the items were never delivered but an email was sent to say delivered, i called my friend and she said she received nothing. i called netflorist and was told that they made a mistake and will deliver today the 24 of march but cannot promise me the time. At about 4.30 this evening, my friend msged to say thanks for the cake, she just received it but she never received the flowers. This was so embarrasing. i called netflorist and then they sent an email saying they sorry and will deliver tomorrow, I'm sure that they wont be able to deliver on time and yet took extra fees from me. This is going to be 3 days now. I will never support netflorist again,
Please do not use easylife pools. I'm waiting for over a year for my pool. When the police called them to say I'm opening a fraud case against then, their son came to my complex without telling me to say the brought the pool shell and equipment to leave and r was pretending to be from the transport company and knows no corne until my cop friend took his drivers license etc and investigated that they were infact from easy life pools. You could see the pool was cracked and had splashes of paint on it and it was not the right size of pool that j ordered, they were just going to dump it and go. The cop guy and i told them to take it bk as we cant accept this. I have opened a case against them and i have debt collectors on their case. The debt collector asked them if the pool was new and is in storage, let is come view and measure properly. Now they hiding from that and making excuses. Plus oh their contract says 10%deposit so when i canceled the pool, they took 20% deposit, paid me R468. Out of R 69000 and wanted to deliver the broken pool. Can you believe them lol. My son has been waiting the entire year for his pool. Finally the police has opened the fraud case for me as they could see more reviews and these ppl keep doing this. As i told them, i will not let them get Away with this and i meant it. They will rot in prison and i pray soon.karma is a bad thing. They might not learn now but very soon they will see karma right in front of them.
Last year July, I purchased a range rover vela SVR autobiography from land rover umhlanga, This was a trade in from one of my previous vehicle. 3 months down the line my music system stop working and the PVC . i contacted the sales person whom said that i need to bring the vehicle in to check. vehicle was taken in and i was told that they need to order an amplifier as mine blew up, bear in mind a new vehicle and that they will order the part and they dont know how long it will take as it is from overseas, i made a complaint to jaguar south africa and the part was here the following week. They Took the vehicle in and brought it back saying that everything is working. My sales person Bcoyi noticed when bringing the vehicle to me that the PVC was still not working so he called a guy at the branch whom said it was working before the vehicle left the workshop but to bring it back in, it wont take long. i took the vehicle the next morning only for them to ask me who did my VPS as the front camera is broken thats why the PVC is not working, They tried to do the blame game and said that they will check with head office whether its their responsibility yet my VPS guys touched nothing and land rover guys were the last ones that interfered with the vehicle and the music system was still not working. The sales person again took my vehicle in to sort the cameras out and the sound system, all on a brand new vehicle. The sales person then called me and said everything is working now, infact the technician never fit the amplifier in properly so thats why it wasnt working but yet they were blaming my VPS guys. My van was sent back that afternoon, as the guy came into the drive way i noticed the panel right at the bottom of the drivers door was popping out so i asked the driver how did this happen and he said he doesn't know, he was told to bring the vehicle and he didn't want to touch anything incase it breaks further and when i checked the PVC I noticed it was still not working properly. I called the sales person immediately and i sent him wats app messages showing the vehicle and the PVC and he never responded me yet read all my messages, I wrote to the dealer principal that i wanted the vehicle taken back and he never replied. I called and left several messages that i do not want the vehicle and i even called jaguar south africa who sent an email to the dealer principal whom still never replied and im assuming because they wanted to drag the process so that it can reach over 6 months so they dont have to take the vehicle back, i had one of my friend from hillcrest land rover call the dealer principal and spoke to him whom said he will call me back but the dealer principal never did, I laid a complaint with the ombudsman whom emailed land rover several times and they never replied. Now its been taken further, I dont care how long i had the vehicle now i asked for it to be taken back as nothing has changed. i have a feeling that land rover has been in this situation with clients before and maybe got away so they continue to do so. i will never purchase another vehicle from them and I hope others don't either, I am going to make sure they don't get away with this and I will be putting them on ecr and in the papers, The ombudsman did tell me its been taken further but i need People need to know how pathetic they are and the type of service and people working are pathetic. No matter what they can say , even Jaguar south Africa never bothered to check if the issue was sorted. I'm sure there will be some excuses. i had a mis call from land rover umhlanga today, I called and left a message for the dealer principal to call me back if it was him, he never called back but why are they calling after 6 months because they think i don't know what they up to.
i have purchased a Samsung note 20 on the 24th of august 2020 and the promotion only started on the 20th of August so i was well in my time period to receive my R4000 voucher and the UV sterilizer. I only received the voucher for the UV steriliser but not the R4000 voucher. I was told by the Telkom consultant that Samsung has notified them that they have extended the time period to redeem the UV sterilizer so i didn't do it on the first date as I knew I had time, now when calling the Samsung call center. I am told that the R4000 voucher was not applicable to me as the promotion for the note 20 was from the 07th of August till the 23rd of august which is bull**** when the promotion only started on the 20th and I only bought it at that time because I knew of the promotion and now she says also there was no extended redeemable date for the UV sterilizer. Samsung is always trying to get away with these things. I want my R4000 voucher and the UV sterilizer. PATHETHIC CUSSTOMER SERVICE
