Best experience ever. Fetched my laptop and it was with me same day within 1.5 hours. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.My friend organized for it to be fetched and dropped off.
Justin is a meticulous and knowledgeable person in the electrical appliance industry. He ensured that all appliances were fixed before payment. He also would do a follow up the next morning after fixing to ensure that everything is working correctly. I would definitely use him again for all my repairs or electrical needs.

Hereafter I receive three calls from a telkom consultants saying my contracts is expired. This is the 3rd time now. I have called 0210017500 and I have called 0210017400 and both say I cannot update. I got two e-mails from Telkom to say my contracts are up for Renewal. I want to update both to below. I have chosen the Sim-Only FreeMe1.5GB package for both cellphones for R99. Now I am being I need to go into the store when the first consultant told me not to go in store as this will duplicate my new contracts. The service is absolutely terrible
I have uploaded and I have sent e-mails with my FICA documents , ID, Lease Agreement , Electricity Statement and bank confirmation letter many , many times and I keep on getting "Oops there seems to be an error during the verifications of your documents provided." . Please upload. All documents are quite clear so I cannot understand what the issue is. I have done this on the mobile app , on computer app and e-mailed it???

I am extremely disappointed in standardbank specifically ucount rewards. I made a payment to an educational institution and Standardbank refuses to give me the points as they are saying this is a transfer and not a payment. I have done my research and a transfer "We use the term Transfer to cover the movement of money between accounts in your name that you hold with us. We use the term Payments to cover the movement of money between your account and ANOTHER person's account or from your account with us to an account you hold with another organisation." BUT they still refuse to correct it. I hvae checked the clause and it clearly states "transfer" . They say if I went to the institution and used my card to pay then it will be regarded as a payment or if I manually punched in my credit card details which is much riskier. This makes absolutely no senses at all and is actually very illogical. Surely this is not even legal.
Swanies Towing is a rip off!! We were directed to them by another towing company as the former dud not have the alternator for our vehicle. First they wanted us to sign a quotation form without giving a quotation that I endorsed by writing on it that I only after proper quotation is received. I paid for the alternator and labour. Got an invoice and their card only to find a hundred kilometres down car lost power. I had to be towed back to my house. The next day I had my old alternator tested and theirs , only to find that mine could be repaired and theirs was faulty. When I phoned the owner Rolfe, he was extremely rude and basically told me too bad it was working when I left. On Saturday he phoned back to say he will give me only R800 back. I told him I want a full refund of the faulty alternator. I will be taking this up further.
