Poor customer service
I was at Nedbank Rustenburg mall in North west province yesterday Atm not working went inside service that was supposed to takeep 15 minutes took 1 and half hour only one tiller inside bulk customers and small cash together with only one tiller they don't think about customers time you can't be in the bank the whole day because of poor service

Sponsorship toward one political party against the others
Capitec CEO attitude towards political parties would like to urge him to stay away from politics sponsorship towards one political party is not correct I don't buy it logic of saying he sponsored out of his own money that money comes from all customers from different political background

Bad system and in consistence sponsorship
Me as a customer needs a clarity regarding Capitec sponsorship of political parties allegations on Sunday newspaper if is correct what is alleged how come sponsor one paty only not the others second problem is your system which is not religible most accounts show zero ballance please correct this quickly and keep on updating customers on time your communication team is slow

Unfair broadcasting
I'm very disappointed by the way Sabc programme people treatment towards the ruling party and the President of the country Just yesterday 03rd of September 2023 Anc was launching its manifesto Sabc interwiews people who have been intewied during the week I relevant topics just to make sure that they don't show all things done at that event but when is other parties aspecialy opinions parties they give them more coverage me as a tv Licence payer who relie on public Brodcaster feel short charged and need Sabc correct this and stop playing politics
