Makro Online deserves a negative review not a 1 star. It is a marketing gimmick to get you to purchase products and should you receive damaged or inferior quality goods, it is impossible to return. I logged a return on 18 Oct 24, to date i have not been refunded. I went to the Online office at the Woodmead branch, the lady was dishonest and said her manager would escalate, I never heard from them, tried using the WhatsApp chat, they say my order number does not exist. Called daily, same feedback, they will escalate but never hear from them. They just pass the buck to their suppliers.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. We bought a lounge set, had to wait 3 months to collect. Dealt with Mustafa, worst person to deal with, if you lucky enough to reach him, he lies. When we eventually got the couch, it’s light grey but they used brown material on the sides. The stuff the couches, with bits and pieces of sponge. It’s a pity I can’t attach the photos.

As purchasers paying a fee, I was told I am not their client, they represent the seller. Maybe so legally, but there is a moral and ethical aspect. If you accept the fee, they should have the person paying best interest. Would never recommend them to anyone, paid for the tracker but no feedback received. No communication, took four months to transfer our property. The woman that attended to our matter was **********

My 3rd interaction with IPhone Sandton City, you need a minimum of 4 hours to get a simple contract upgraded. They are beyond useless, lots of staff doing nothing. Pathetic service is an understatement. Really, how difficult can it be to do an upgrade????
I am a disgusted at the way Foshini accounts treats their customers. My account is paid religiously without a single fault. I paid using Easypay on the 1st, the credit was processed on the 9 by Foshini. I was charged for them sending smses for an account that was paid, the charged me R10 to mail my statement to me. They are thieves and should be shut down. Or they should fire the accounts manager for incompetence. They should be reported to the ombudsman for charging clients incorrectly.
For some strange reason Telkom started billing me for a 20mg line and I have a 4mg line. My account went from R800 to R3000. I logged a call on the 20th of June, and to date I have not been able to get the to fix their stuff up. I have called daily every morning and every sign morning a new agent answers asking the same information and claim to escalate. I have been to the Telkom office in Rosebank, they just look at me and do nothing but idle. The service is patheic, I cannot even cancel. An to add insult to injury, they suspended my account because I have not paid. I honestly do not know what else to do. No I have to pay for a line that has been terminated for 3 week. Absolute *****s!!!
