I placed my order early in the morning because I was very hungry. Around 08:00, I tracked the order and saw it was close by, so I went outside to wait. After standing there for a while, I suddenly received a message saying my order was cancelled and that I should call the 086 number. I called immediately and was told to call back at 10:00 and select option 3. I even explained to the consultant that I was really looking forward to the food because I was hungry. At 10:03, I called again and spoke to Zama Qoza, who told me my order was refunded. I checked my banking app and confirmed I hadn’t received the money. When I asked what I should do, she told me to place another order. I explained that this was my last money and asked if a voucher could be provided because I was hungry. She said no. I then asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold until my airtime ran out. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. It is shocking that such a big organization can deliver such poor customer service. order no 111938.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your company. For nearly two months now, I have been experiencing persistent issues with the WiFi connection provided by Pluxnet. Despite numerous promises from your team to resolve the problem, there has been no meaningful progress or resolution. I have been more than patient throughout this period, giving your technicians ample time and opportunity to fix the issue. Unfortunately, your continued failure to deliver on your promises has left me with no choice but to request that you come and remove your equipment from my premises immediately. Furthermore, since you have failed to provide the service I paid for, I expect a full refund of the amount I have paid. It is unacceptable to pay for a service that does not work and to be met with empty promises instead of action.

Hi Discovery complaints department and management, It is with sadness expression of disappointment with the level of service I'm receiving from you. Starting when I started this process of withdrawal of my provident funds where I was advised that the required documents were received and I was informed I must call the following week to follow up on the claim because what was left was for the claim to be captured on the system. To my Suprise when I call after two weeks I was told that there documents were not received, you are frustrating me to heal, after I lost my job, the consultant from complaints department called requests I must resend the information which was sent the previous day and the communication which I have received concerning my complain which I did she promised to be looking on the matter giving update, she also failed cause I has to call yesterday, where letter I receive the email below and I reply. To my Suprise again I'm getting email to refill the forms which is the double and triple work to me which is causing frustration. After all the communication and submission which I did I'm send to square 0 again because of the lack on competent within you. I'm not filling the forms again I gave you all the information you requested this has been going on from March and now we are in April , yesterday I was told the claims is with your administrative and is to be finalize and now I see that I must the claim again, stop frustrating me and finalize my withdrawal I don't have time to be playing around. My husband passed on the 20th May 2024, they were supposed to have processed the claim within 3 weeks from receiving the documents, put no they keep on calling requesting to speak to my late husband, I keep on explaining that my husband have passed on, they advised that they will follow up with third party who is busy with the claim, my Husband ID
