Poor awful customer service, once you have paid, you get no help to actually get the product. They should try and get trained on customer service. I did everything but can't get verified.. So now I will wait even longer for my product (which I urgently need)
Takealot's service has gotten extremely disgusting..NEVER on time for their deliveries, calling us ****s about a computer refusing refunds the list goes on, we were supposed to get our delivery today,no delivery, and often the excuse is nobody is home,I work from and you can see me in the window when you drive up there is no communication you can't even call the call centers due to COVID I mean really Someone should call 0799487365 to sort this??????if you care???????
This bank is a joke with forex every month it's a problem either the long standing Instruction or that is wrong there is always an issue, bit they will never tell you until you come on to hello Peter because you still can't pay rent because you have not a clue what Capitec has done with it, and do you think they care, dealing with your little money I'm sure not
As usual, every month I have an issue with forex, I get different reasons as to why my money can't be transferred, the latest is they lost my Long Standing Instruction form,so every month I have fill in a new one every month and still don't get my funds!
I'm very angry with lack of service and poor connection.. Always have to beg for help and pay for no service or anything and people are sent out who don't know how to do the job properly
Take payments whenever they want to now I'm trying to but I can what service they say they will email me an OTP THAT WAS HALF HOUR AGO!!!! NOW we suspended because you don't do your jobs!
2 weeks and no help or service. I would rather pay more and use PayPal
They make you wait more than 3 weeks to collect and give you a credit for something they messed up they keep making excuses as to why there is no results, they keep pushing until the warranty is over then say that it is still en route to evaluation center 2 weeks later. Don't use them I'll rather pay more for a delivery fee than use a place that lies and loses your credit and or product that you returned and don't communicate with you at all until you threaten legal or that you'll go to hello Peter even then it's just an email to say sorry..
Yet again I must fill in MORE forms even though I have filled in everything required I'm sick on this
