Sixty60 is a very awesome service, especially for me as a blind person, and I love it. Unfortunately this has been the second time I received off meat, a large cut of Serloin steak, and when I try to request credit on the app, I cannot get the issue submitted, it’s only allows me to submit ‘Just wanting to give feedback’.
I was looking for the Ray-Ban Meta Smart glasses, and was delighted to find that Drone World had them at a good price in South Africa. I was not sure of this business so I managed to contact Natasha, and she was so helpful in answering my questions, and from the ordering process, delivery, to after support Natasha and Drone World were awesome. And this product also changed my life as a blind person
I ordered a pair of running shoes on the 26th of December, and made payment via my credit card, and payment went through off my bank, but the order still states pending payment required, and no follow-up emails to say that my payment has been received. The order still says payment required. There is only a contact form, and I also emailed the shop owner as per the email address I received once I placed the order, and today still no response. I am just concerned that this may be a scam website, and I really need to try and get my money back, or the items ordered shipped to me, if anybody can advise.

Hi, I wanted to cancel my 50+50 GB LTE Data contract as it finished and is now on a month to month 50 GB basis for the same price, but when I goto the Telkom Cancelation page, I only get an Image verification option after filling in all my account details, no audio verification for blind users with Text to speech software. I emailed Telkom, but no luck with cancelation yet.

Hi there, I purchased my first product by PassionFruit.co.za, and unfortunately the item does not turn on, even after charging it for a long while. Unfortunately the only way they offer for a customer to contact them is via their customer service form on their web site, but due to an image verification security code, a blind customer like me using screen reading software cannot access this graphical code, and I can't find any other way to contact them. I really just want to be able to contact someone there to see if we can get this item working, or else returned.
