This post is to get ABSA trust index to 0.1 ABSA has had some problems with their debit order systems, where they just don’t take my debit order and then accuse me of not paying them, now I called in to correct my account for the last 3 month every month, and I am done, ABSA I do believe can win an award for being the most useless bank in SA, I will then vote them up, there is no communication between staff members and higher ups, as my problem would have been resolved already, due to the fact that it looks like I don’t pay and my credit score will drop is all thanks to ABSA and then if ever so want to get a home loan, I will pay through my 🔣 because of ABSA. I am beyond unhappy and now realise why the ratings of ABSA is so low, because the rating is what is deserved
I would like to say that I have made use of the kiosk in Clearwater mall for many moons now and I have always received amazing service from them, the sale representative "Gerald" that always assist me as well as my mother inlaw is absolutely professional and friendly always, and I do not agree with the statement that was made by 'Freddy P' Review Title 'Stay away from Evolution Vape!!!!!!'. I believe it is a defamation of character. Gerald sales code 111 is clued up with what he does and will never mess up an order like this on purpose. I believe there are way better ways of handling this situation. Gerald is by far the best sales rep to work at that Kiosk in Clearwater mall and Myself and 7 of my family members go there every month and ask for him by name. Please note that Evolution Vape Clearwater mall is professional and friendly.
I love Capitec, and I always have, but recently I contacted Capitec support and for some weird reason answered 1 or 2 questions wrong about myself and I was blocked from getting support. I honestly do know that it is done for security reasons, but like there really needs to be more questions that can be asked to ensure I'm the right person. I do believe I have cellphone banking on my phone because I have the APP, but apparently, I was wrong and they were referring to cellphone banking such as dailing * something. Please is there a way to better it, because now I need to wait 24 Hours for support or go into a branch.
Now, I know that this review is a little too late, but it needs to come out. September 2020 I was stuck in a massive situation where my wife needed to get her wedding dress from CPT to JHB for her wedding day, after contacting multiple well-known Courier companies who just said sorry we can't help after hours, I stumbled upon knight wing couriers. (Please note that this took place on a Friday afternoon at 4 PM). An extremely well mannered and decent gentleman answered the phone and assist me so calmly and professional, he arranged a collection of the dress on Saturday and delivered the dress at my doorstep on Monday morning. I have never in my life received such good service from any courier company ever, and FYI Knight wing Couriers is one of the few if not only courier companies that collect and deliver over weekends. So thank you Night wing you guys are absolutely amazing.
I have never in my life went through 13 call agents and not one of them know anything, I,m never one to get mad or upset about little things, but as soon as you get deducted an R30 service fee for buying R300 pre-paid water, and still only get R200 worth and all FNB can say is "The fault is not by us, it is with the municipality" which I might add is now in arrears with R39... How in the world can you be in arrears when you buy and use prepaid Water/ Electricity. To some, this does not look like much, but if you look at it from a different angle you would realise that that R100 of water that was never sent to me is most peoples water and electricity bill a month. I'm sorry for this message, but need to get this off my chest.
I have always received amazing service from vox, My internet has always been above expectations and if there were any issues it was resolved and followed up in record time. Vox support line has the most friendly people ever and is always willing to help even at 19:30 at night. Thank you vox for being the example to all other ISP's out there.
I only get a maximum of 0.76Mbps after making sure that I was not just in a full 4G coverage but 5G too. I am really disappointed with this. I believe that they have released the uncapped internet without having the needed infrastructure to support their promises. I would not recommend Rain to anyone right now, maybe in the future, but they really need to work on this as well as there support that is currently non-excitend.
Good day, I would like to say thank you for the amazing, fast and very professional service that I received from the King Price team. I was on a phone call with Nero Pieters #GreatService from king price and in no time I was set up and ready to go. I was able to save up to R350 per month on my car insurance with even more added benefits. I would just like to say that King Price's service delivery is better than any company I have ever dealt with. Funny enough they lived up to there promises from day one, as I received an SMS from King Price saying that they will be in contact with me sooner than I can say ' Super cheap insurance that decreases monthly' and I tested that theory right away and my phone rang when I said 'decreases'. So thank you again #GreatService and even greater value.
