Shopped at Best Before Woodmead, Dunwoody shopping centre. Best Before Woodmead is the best from a cost saving point without compromising Quality. Their products is not something you can find in other stores like Checkers, Pick n'Pay, Spar etc..., Their products is top of the range and YUMMY !!!! The Staff is friendly and really helpful, well done to the Owner.
Trying Vumatel service for a second time after 5 years, I found that their engineering and partner companies such as RSAWEB have a lot of training to complete to service the South Africa Market. the after sale service is exceptionally bad, Vumatel will make the customer wait and not do a return call to explain the customer they still working on the issues in getting Internet to the clients home.
Hi Samtam directors, managers, insurance heads, I urge you to look into Echelon Private client insurance, as a private client we not happy Echelon is not professional and when it gets to claims we being ignored, and given all sort of stories, however the monthly contribution caries on Echelon could not care if the client have hot water which is pretty standard under any insurance, no not with Echelon, we will be taking this matter further to the right media houses so South Africans can make better decissions
Hi South Africa, I'm writing this review based on actual events. Echelon Short Term/Private client insurance is one of the worse I've eve experienced as a South African. The service providers they use is completely useless and do not know what they doing regarding Solar Geysers and Electronics from home perspective. My broker unfortunately did not do much to assist, hence cancelled my insurance. Echelon use service providers that is not knowledgeable in standard house maintenance/repairs, I promise you you wasting your money, time and effort. The teams including the broker enjoyed their weekends, with no follow up calls to the client that's experiencing Hot water Geyser issues, certain geyser components they repair and other geyser parts they don't, now tell where in the life of a South African did you hear the insurance only cover certain parts of a geyser. Irrespective, I told the insurance I will pay for the parts all they need to do is get the right service provider to install the parts, yeah you guessed right not even a quick phone call, yet every month end that debit order goes through and the broker is smiling.

I scheduled an appointment for 10h00, a 10h15 not even a single call from the installers, I had to send a mail requesting whats the status, only after sending a email I got a call from the installer saying he will be an hour late. My entire day's appointments had to be rescheduled or cancelled which means a bad reflection on my business.
The service in all aspects from the minute you walk in at reception Eve one was super helpful, vehicle repairs updates done via sms, or email every week, all staff members was really polite ensuring the customer comes first. Vehicle repairs was excellent, staff explained in detail throughout the repair process, the best service ever in SA , I would recommend anyone to have their vehicle repaired at North City Panel Beaters Kramerville
Staff and Service was disgusting, the food served was half cooked, they served me Avocado on toast the bread was not toasted at all, breakfast with tomato, the tomato was not grilled as per the Menu. Over and above all this , the staff did not make any effort to offer anything else to us as customers. South Africans please do not Eat at Wimpy Mall of Africa it's disgusting, you don't want to know what they do with your food before it reach your table.
The MyDSTV Application failed to load, when logging into the there's a inconsistency every time, you ether logged in or you get a failed to load the application. As an IT specialist for over 26 years I have a fairly good understanding of applications and the testing of new products before released to clients. Despite numerous attempts logging support calls nothing aspired to date with a total of over 8 calls logged over a 24 month period. It is really unfortunate for such a large Corporate to treat their customer base which formed an integral and key pillar of building DSTV (MultiChoice) with little to no response, in many ways it's SAD as once again this is simply another South Africa Company that focus on the number of customers signed up, once signed up the after sales service is exceptionally poor. My call today to switch on my Holiday package, the calls was terminated for some obscure reason, no one called back. I will will be cancelling my DSTV subscription.
