So I had a contract with rain until I upgraded to fibre right. A year ago. 2 months ago rain used my card details to collected fees on this closed contract. I don't even have a modem. I went to Nedbank the transaction was reversed on a *****ulent clause. I had replaced my card. 1 month ago rain contacted me to arrange to collect funds. I explained to them what happened and I did. They where not able to provide a written contract binding me to them. today they contact me again. threatening me with legal fees.
The updated customer service that I have received is less *****, underhandedly trying me to sign up for more costs. Granted I still had to agree for more Data than used, but the service from the consultant is 10/10 vs my prior experience where management allowed a regression based on poor sales service.
This Company is a non-caring organisation. I have Costochondritis and had a recent flare of of the symptoms and was forced to implement self-healing. The company: 1) requires a Dr letter to suspend the contract 2) only offers a partial reduction 3) only offers a temporary pause It’s kind of Ridiculous and thus pointless to have a pause, because something will keep biting the purse strings.
Die Moot Projek is a organisation centred in the Western parts of Ward 52 and most of Ward 84 in Tshwane. This organisation provides a pulse of Urban Renewal that is focused in these areas. Thus not the whole Moot region or Ward 54 and 53. This pulse of Urban Renewal Projects can be expected to benefit Ward 84 and Ward 52 first, before some of the donation funding radiates out to Ward 53 and Ward 54. Thus people and organisations wishing to donate to this organisation should be aware of the Oos-Moot bias.
They did not start or completed the cancellation process of the other insurance company.
So I have SMSs and emails claiming that Vodacom customer service wishes to discuss the recent investigation on why my contract cost was increased without my authorisation. Now customer care drops my calls when I get a hold of customer care.
It appears Vodacom call centre is trying to force a upgrade on me, that carries increased costs.
