My WiFi has been off since Tuesday I contacted the company they said they have a problem they will keep us updated got a message Thursday saying the lines is processed and they putting us on a 14 day free trail and after that the 40/20 won't be available so they putting us on prepay ok i tried calling them to find when the wifi will be on because ever since they sent the message wifi never came on its Saturday now my wifi is still off other people's wifi has been restored my wifi is off I lost 5 clients because of this the staff is rude and cant communicate they put rude messages on their status for clients they ignore your messages and don't answer calls this is the worst wifi company and I don't think openserve should do business with them they unprofessional and unreliable
i have a complaint for life flora hospital the accounts department my son went for an operation in the beginning of the month and i was given a quote so i paid the full amount upfront so now that its time for my refund no one wants to return my calls i first dealt with Thabo he told me my money would reflect by last week friday , i the n called the hospital on Tuesday to find out whats the hold up they told me that theres one final signature and then payment will be made but hey will ask the person( Tebogo ) to call me back i said fine i waited and waited he never called me back so my husband tried they told him that he was busy and they took his number and never called us back its 2 days later im waiting for a call and 3 weeks later im still waiting for payments to reflect

SO LAST WEEK I COMPLAINED ABOUT VOACOM WANTING TO CHARGE ME A PENALITY FEE FOR SOMETHING I WAS UNAWARE OF SO I GOT CALLED FROM A CONSULTANT SAYING THAT THEY WONT CHARGE ME THE PENALITY FEE SINCE I WASNT TOLD ABOUT IT SO THIS MORNING I WAKE UP ONLY TO FIND THAT THEY DID CHARGE ME THE PENALITY FEE. SO NOW I JUST WANT TO ASK YOU GUYS TO PLEASE CANCEL MY CONTRACT AS IVE ASKED YOU FROMT THE BEGINNING PLEASE YOU CAN SEND A COURIER TO COLLECT THE PHONE YOU LIE TO PEOPLE. AS IT IS THE PHONE KEEPS FREEZING AND SWITCHES OFF FOR NO REASON SO PLEASE DONT EVEN ASK A CONSULTANT TO CALL ME RATHER LET THE COURIER PEOPLE CALL FOR COLLECTION
I TOOK OUT A CONTRACT LAST WEEK AND THE PHONE GOT DELIVERED SO EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTIL THIS MORNING WHEN I GET A SMS STATING THAT THE DEBIT ORDER DIDNT GO THROUGH WHEN I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THE GUY THAT CALLED ME TO MAKE MY DEBIT ORDER MONTH END. SO I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE THEN THE LADY I SPOKE TO SAYS THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO TELL ME THAT FOR NEW CONTRACTS THE DEBIT AFTER 48OR 72 HOURS WHICH I WASNT TOLD FURTHER MORE TO UPSET ME EVEN MORE NOW BECAUSE THE DEBIT ORDER DIDNT GO THROUGH THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME 200 AND SOMETHING AND IM SUPPOSED TO PAY 12 FOR MY CONTRACT YOU CAN COME COLLECT YOUR PHONE BUT I WONT BE RIPPED OFF BY YOU IF THIS IS WHAT YOU DO TO PEOPLE TO MAKE MONEY ITS DISGUSTING
THE SERVICE FROM RAIN IS BAD YOU CANT GET HOLD OF THEM EVEN IF YOU SEND A EMAIL THEY ONLY GET BACK TO YOU WITHIN A MONTH.THIS MONTH PAID MY ACCOUNT AND MY SIM IS STILL DISCONNECTED THEN WHEN MONTH END COMES THEY WANT THE FULL PAYMENTS BUT THE SIM ISNT WORKING CAN YOU PLEASE GET BACK TO ME IT NOW SEEMS LIKE THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET HOLD OF YOU. THIS IS RIDICULOUS
this company has been debiting my account without my consent for months now so i blocked them now they listing me and i dont even know who they are this is affecting my credit score this is fraud remove my name please immediately
I WAS CALLED OVER A MONTH AGO FOR MY APPLICATION I WAS TOLD I SENT MY DOCUMENTS AND WAS TOLD I WAS APPROVED EVER SINCE THEN NO ONE HAS EVER COME BACK TO ME THEY SAID THEY STILL VERIFYING MY DOCUMENTS EVERY TIME I SEND A WHATSAPP THEY SAY THEY WILL LET ME KNOW ASAP EVEN WORSE THE NUMBER THEY GIVE DOESNT EVEN WORK. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED ITS HEADING FOR 2 MONTHS NOW
a few months ago i complained about my account that was in minus cause of bank charges then the manager from absa explain everything to me so it was all sorted out o now again this month i hardly used my account and now my account is in minus for R560 which is insane cause i dont even do deposits or banking i would really just like to close this account cause its becoming a problem to me and i emailed the same manager that helped me last time asking her to explain why i owe so much when this month i didnt even use the account but hasnt even replied to my email please just close the account cause ive had enough
these people are scammers foreigners that take peoples hard earned money from them and a so called south african lady that helps them dont ever use these people dont trust them
