Since 8 july calling and sending emails to complain MTN department asking to terminate my router due to the fact that i am paying monthly insyallment but router is not working i returned it back to mtn store Bela Bela mall branch as part of cancellation process they took it and gave me reference how they still bill me every month though i took router back to store hence i am saying poor service from branches and call centre .Zamokuhle from complain department also fail me π’π’π’π’π’ no one cares for customets
Order #22636862πͺπͺπͺπͺπͺπͺ On 07 March 2025 i dint receive this order due to the fact that i got emergency while i was waiting for this order .to my supprise status of this order says delivered which is not true reflection because i was not there. And i dint manage to answer my call due to my emergency.besides the order took very long time to be dispatched.my question is why did driver change status to delivered ?i was expecting to see failed status Order follow up was not done because of this manipulation.no update regarding this matter i gave them enough time to investigate and update me but no body is willing to help as long they gave me case number then they are happy but reality is no follow up is done here and no one is willing to assits me and i am looking forward to get my grocery This is a serious **** As potential customer i am not happy for this service

Unhappy customer # order was placed online almost 4 hours before business cloure suddenly it was rescheduled No body updated me as to why was it rescheduled. The following day they cancelled my order due to the fact that I was at work place they now need additional cost which I don't have. So the only resolution for pick and pay Online app is to cancel the order. No initiative no contingency measures no communication. Just cancel order have you thought of the impact of that cancelation yet pick and pay is having my money. I am very disappointed of this bad service

Good morning I got poor service from Shamaine at OK furniture online I am sitting with a problem regarding my online order I am calling to Ressolve this she is so rude shouting at me telling me that there is nothing she can do at the same time she sitting at the center of business to assist us but she doesn't care for us so what are we supposed to do π€·ββοΈ online OK furniture is a disaster I never felt like this before being a victim of OK online utilization.
