what a terrible experience i had with this dealership and i would advise every candidate and clientele to stay away from this dealership DO NOT BUY from this dealership in October 2022 29th. I had bought a mercedes-benz C200 from this dealership just to find out that the car was very clean and well maintained. However after going into December 1st i had taken the car into Tiger Wheels in Edenvale Greenstone and they had discovered that the shocks for the car are dead including control arms the hole front suspension as we speak i am dricing the car with worn out shocks and it hasnt even been 3 months ive had the car but already shocks are dead., This dealership is a scam and ive tried to speak to the dealer principal and the sales manager but they had told me that since the car has passed DEKRA testing theirs nothing they can do u might find that they knew the shocks were dead but most probably bribed DEKRA to pass the car under the wing now im stuck with a car that needs shocks R 16 000 so whoever vies this document please do stay way from this dealership what a scam of a dealership Sandton Central Cars the are not even willing to help me fix the car and till today i do wonder how the hell it manahged to pass the DEKRA testing 076 638 6173 Thulani Mkhize
I insured my I Phone 7 with Vodacom Insurance on the very first day I bought it. I have been paying my premiums diligently even during hard Covid years for five full years. On Friday, 22 July 2022 I accidentally dropped my cellphone and the screen was black. I couldn't see any messages or receive any phone calls. I took it to Vodacom in Bedfordview for repairs. It was taken to Vodacom in Sandton. After few days I receive an email from a Technician which advised me that Vodacom insurance declined my claim due the fact that there are no physical damages to the cell phone screen. My cell phone had a screen protector. I took the matter up with Vodacom Insurance as per advise from the Technician. I did not get any joy with claim queries department. I escalated the matter to Vodacom claims @ finrite. Today I have received an email from BK which confirms my that claim has been declined. I have exhausted all avenues and I'm tired of fighting. My premiums of 5 years down the drain without putting even a single claim for five full years this is the REWARD I'm getting for being a loyal customer and not putting a claim in FIVE YEARS. The premiums I have paid they are even more than the value of the cellphone I'm claiming for. Ja that's VODACOM INSURANCE.
Hollard Insurance the most frustrating and stressful policy and worst decision a individual has made by taking out insurance with this company. My name is Thulani Mkhize and im currently driving a mercedes-benz and my windscreen is cracked and the crack is leaving legs behind. i had launched a claim with this insurance and they had authorized the claim for my windscreen but now listen to this and i honestly dont know if they are lying to me or they dont want tp pay me out, they are willing to pay out ONLY for a generic windscreen yet my car has an extended full warranty on it where i had paid R30 000 now when i went to PG Glass Edenvale they told me that they had no stock for the windscreen COUNTRYWIDE now as we speak im driving a car with a cracked windscreen and i honesstly dont know why they are not just putting on an original windscreen as 1. theirs no stock countrywide for a generic windscreen 2. my car has full extended warranty and yet getting a hold of them is difficult and my life is at risk just because they dont want to pay out for an original glass where theirs no stock for that windscreen(generic) yet they can just replace an original. I strongly advsie others to think twice before taking out insurance with Hollard very stressful they dont want to pay out yet they very good at taking their monthly premuim from my account and very stressful when getting ahold of them i hope and pray someone will assist me and hear my cries and frustrations and stress during this time
Good Morning Sir/Madam Your speaking to Thulani Mkhize who is currently driving Mercedes-Benz GLA200 I am currently insured with Hollard Insurance and my car has been with them for 6 months now as we speak i have a problem when i bought my car it was brand new from the box and now currently i have made a claim with them for a windscreen and my car has a warranty on it. The car has the original windscreen on it and now they want to replace it with a generic windscreen the windscreen is R4200 and the original is R9500 now they want me to pay R6 714.00 yet i pay insuranc every month and plus the car has warranty on it and now they want me to replace a non original windscreen on the car yet the car has all original parts on it pleaee advise me on what to do as Hollard Insurance is taking me for a ride yet im their client and whos paying insurance every month and an acces of R6 714.00 is ridiculous? --
Very useless and very unreliable a hole mercedes-benz sandton and Sandown Motors. I bought a mercedes-benz GLA200 from Sandown Motors and ever since the car was bought the car has been giving me problems with the wiper blades juddering. they have replaced the windscreen 4 times and they have polished the windscreen several times and even adjusted the wiperblades and new wiper bladed replacement but the problem still underlies and is stuck with me now. Several customers have probable had the same problem as me but they must have been refinanced or got a replacement vehicle with the same value Mercedes-Benz Sandton and Sandown Motors has failed to rectify and fix this problem that i am having with my Mercedes-Benz GLA200 as the wiper blades are still juddering in the rain when the car is driven in the rain. This car was bought in 2018 and we are in the year 2020 and i have beene up and down to the dealership with this very same problem. Mercedes-Benz Sandton and Sandown Motors has failed dismally to fix this problem yet if i was most probably a white man they would have replaced or refinanced me for a new vehicle are they doing this to me as a customer because im black yet if i was white i would have probably gotten a new vehicle i am a customer and i have been buying cars for years from this dealership/branch but they have failed to look after me as a client after spending half a million on a car that has factory faults whoever is reading this please dont buy Mercedes-Benz the worst brand to buy or spend ur money on. And they denied my report when they wer given a call on hellopeter which goes to show that they dont care about me all they want to do is chase after numbers
