I am extremely concerned and disappointed with the level of service I have received from Stadio. Despite driving to the Krugersdorp Campus - in December before Campus closure, sending multiple emails, logging tickets with the relevant departments, and making numerous phone calls, weeks have passed without any assistance or indication of a resolution. The lack of student support and care at this institution is deeply troubling. It gives the impression that the primary focus is on financial matters rather than providing the necessary academic and administrative support to students.
The service is efficient and helpful and quick turnaround time.
A BIG shout out to Ms Agnes Dikeledi (I hope I heard her name correctly over the phone) from Stadio Krugersdorp. I have been calling and emailing Stadio Krugersdorp, Centurion Cape Town offices for 3 weeks now to get help with my registration process that was not completed properly - I had 2 modules that were not loaded by the admin team on my CANVAS. I called today and this angel saved my life, after just a five minute call the one missing module I was added on CANVAS and I received an email with my registration letter confirming ALL my modules had been registered. If I could, I would give her a big hug! Thank you for your empathy and efficiency, I hope Stadio gets all their Admin team to be this empathic and helpful in resolving issues, then we won't have to call a million times, log tickets and send emails to fix one problem.
Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Please do not order on the Ambassador4u website. I ordered online on the 24th of April and today being the 5th of June I still have not received my order. Apparently it was delivered to my address by fastway but I have not received a delivery. I have asked for my money back if they cannot deliver what I ordered. If you don't want any stress and hassles please don't t order from them! They have lovely apperal but a terrible delivery system,communication is not any better. Worst experience ever.
I bought a Samsung zflip with phonetradr that process was great. But a few days after I got the phone I realized it had an issue recording voice notes on whatsapp. I sent a query about this, the phone was collected to be fixed by one of the technicians. It came back and after a few days had the same issue again. This time my whatsapp messages and calls were ignored and I have not received assistance. Phonetrafr needs to improve in this regard otherwise I would have given them 5 stars, I can't even give them 4 because this issue was never resolved and I was ignored on various occasions of trying to query the phone issue a second time.
I am disappointed with the Dr's service. I was referred to this gynae by my GP who booked my first appointment with Dr Din***o weeks in advance. A few days before my appointment, I was called by his office and asked to come at later time which I agreed to - after having to reshuffle my plans for the day. On the day of the appointment, I was called by his office again and now asked to habe my appointment postponed to another day. I then asked for a list of other gynaes, this doctor treats patients like another number not a great feeling or experience. I understand he's busy but there has to be better to manage things than constantly cancelling and postponing on patients.
I had my wedding at the garden venue just a week ago and my family and friends still cannot stop talking about how beautiful everything was. I was treated like a queen by Asa and her amazing team Beth and Faith. Asa made time whether day or night and she made my vision a reality. Asa you have been like a big sister to me over the last 6 months planning with you. Kea thank you for everything as well. You treated my husband and I like we were your only clients and that is what made it all feel that much more special. Carlos you were the best from day one thank you for your spirit of Ubuntu. Tumi at reception thank you so much for making me feel at home when I had to check into my room the day before my wedding. The food was just as lovely, thank you to the Chef. DJ Mat you worked with our playlist so well even when we gave you songs that you couldn’t Shazam you were open to adapting for us. Thank you to everyone from the team you are all so amazing from the facilities team and security guard to the team in the kitchen. You all played such an important role in making our day beautiful. You all deserve 5 stars but I’ve given an overall rating of 4 stars due some maltreatment from management at the venue we hope the service and level of professionalism from management improves towards clients as this also has an impact on the overall experience of the Garden Venue Boutique Hotel. Other than that we are happy all round.
The service at Rosebank College Braamfontein is disgusting. We have paid fees in full for 2020 and when my younger brother went to go register for his second year this year he was allowed to pay the registration fee for 2021 but then he was told his results are not appearing on their system. He has written all tests and exams and has these results but just needs his transcript for 2020 and the entire team is so incompetent that they can't even find his results or assist with a way forward. Their admin is useless and their service is appauling and disappointing to the highest degree. We have tried calling and no one has been willing to assist to date.
I recently bought a Huawei Y7 on prepaid and I decided I wanted to insure it with the cell phone network I have been using for years, which is MTN. MTN works with a cell phone insurance company called Pinnacle Marketing, I had never heard of it until I came into contact with one of their representatives, Asanda George. We have never seen each other, but we spoke regularly, they made sure to let me know everything that I required every step of the way and professionally responded to and answered all the questions and queries I had. Thank you for such great and efficient services from MTN and Pinnacle Marketing. Happy customer :)
