How are people giving positive reviews and receiving tyres whilst we received nothing , gone two years Mr Thomas Rundall has made excuses from delays to changing couriers etc we don’t care we already bought tyres but he won’t even give the refund , there’s been many other reviews of customers who didn’t get tyres too how how does he pick and choose who do deliver orders to? Pay back the money

I used the Phonetradr some months ago and I was very impressed with the service I received. The process is simple, easy and won't cost you an arm or leg! I highly recommend phonetradr to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their device. It is safe and reliable. The website is self explanatory on how they work as well as offer repair services and I am one happy customer.
TRUWORTHS SENDS SMS MESSAGES TO A PHONE NUMBER THAT IS NOT EVEN MINE, BUT MY PARENTS PHONE, TODAY, 20 APRIL AND IT STATES THAT I MUST PAY R460 SOONEST TO BRING MY ACCOUNT UP TO DATE, FUNNY BECAUSE THEIR RESPONSE TO MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT STATES ACCOUNT IS UP TO DATE AND AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE IT IS UP TO DATE. BUT CONTINUE TO REQUEST PAYMENT FROM ME? WHAT PAYMENT? AND WHERE DO YOU GET CONTACT NUMBERS FROM THAT DONT BELONG TO ME AND WHICH I HAVENT SUPPLIED TRUWORTHS.
The lovely people at Truworths call centre are unreasonable and rude or do they just need more training at their job ? This is my second report where I had to mention these lovely people at the call centres who think they know everything. Like yesterday, even though I had already written a complaint on Hello peter, I received another call from a woman who called to tell me my account is in arrears. I did tell her I've written a complaint and that to my knowledge I am not in arrears as when I made payment, and she asks me , you paid R50?? R50?? Rudely and disconnect the call without letting me explain. The previous person was also in a mocking tone about my R50 payment, what's so funny about paying R50 towards an account ? Firstly as per previous complaint to my knowledge I wasnt in arrears as when I made payment, I paid the amount the store consultant asked me to pay, in fact, I overpaid, but later would find from these call centre people I am in arrears and these call centre people do not know how to talk and resolve an issue and turn this into a big thing which is going to result in me not supporting Truworths. No use having nice stores and clothing when you taking the **** out of consumers. I even went back to the store, to the same assistant where I paid my account for help and he was surprised to see that I was in arrears as I do all my payments and purchases / I am a regular customer there and he advised me that he was unsure why it's in arrears when I paid, his supervisor mentioned something about finance charges and requested me to pay the R40 so I paid R50, and I was told the account was sorted and next payment due March , he apologised for the inconvenience as well as the calls I had been receiving. Yet, I'm still receiving calls that I'm in arrears and the R50 payment is a big joke ???

When purchasing my vehicle, I accepted the dealers offer to assist me with insurance on the vehicle. They had directed me to Insurance Supermarket whom I had later found out is a broker, nevertheless they got me insured with King Price and I was more than satisfied with how efficiently everything was done until things would later take a turn for the worst. Here are the events: In December 2018 apart from insurance premium paid, my account had an additional debit of R250 for broker fees. At the time I requested King Price to contact me for another insurance quote and when I queried the broker fee with King Price consultant on my current Kp policy , I was informed the December R250 was a once off payment as I have a broker appointed on my policy and in future the broker fee is about R80 or something which is inclusive in my monthly insurance premium. I was fine with that. The consultant was very helpful to inform me that I can get the R80 waiver off my premium if I email broker care of King Price department to cancel the broker. In January 31 2019, my account was debited: Broker fees for a further R250!!! This time I called Insurance Supermarket directly and to no surprise the guy who I spoke to who said he's a senior and explained that it is a once of fee, just as king price consultant explained, and broker fee is 80 something in my premium, and when I informed him that my account was already debited in December 2018 for the once off fee, and why was it debited again last month January 2019 to which he says is the once off payment again. I do not think Insurance Supermarket and King Price insurance understands what a "Once off" payment means because clearly this has become a twice off payment already. This is causing upset towards the King at king price as I now have to look for insurance quotes again because I cannot trust their services either.

At the time I requested King Price to contact me for another insurance quote and when I queried if the broker fee on my current Kp policy is going to be a standard fee of R250, he advised the R250 was a once off payment as I have a broker appointed on my policy and in future the broker fee is only about R80 or something which is inclusive in my monthly insurance premium.
