Good day, I am so very disappointed in Dyson's customer care....i contact them the 16th May 2025, and then I haven't heard anything from them. The 20tg if May 2025 I send the same email again, the responded on the 24th of May 2025, and they told me they will come and collect my Dyson because of the fault on it, useless to say. ... it is the 31st of May 2025 and I still haven't hard ANYTHING from them yet...I thought because it was Dyson I would get much bitter customer service, but I was disappointed by this company....I have a business where I use my Dyson, i thought i would have had a replacement by now or just an arangement according to this matter...but needless to say....my money was good enough but the customer service is VERY POOR.....I AM A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER.....
Regarding my review posted on 9th February 2023, I still have not heard ANYTHING from Samsung......ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC service!!!! They dont care about their customers.....if I can give you advise, use ANOTHER CELLPHONE COMPANY that put their CUSTOMERS needs forst, because Samsung doesn't!!! At this point and time I want to cancel my order, and get an attorney .....SAMSUNG SUCK!!!! Oh and if its not enough now i must hear from Samsung India......WHAT THE HECK??!!!! I didn't post anything on samsung India.....is SAMSUNG South Africa that doesn't care about their customers.....loyal customers.....
Utterly disappointed I have been a loyal Samsung customer for years now and have had a few of samsung's flagship phone's and was truly excited to receive my s22 ultra but my excitement was of short term.. after a a few months my selfie camera did not work gave an error message. I the took phone in for repair, it was 4 weeks in Kimberley, phone came back with message nothing wrong the lady at mtn even saw for herself, before I took the phone home that nothing was repaired so I was another 4 weeks without my new very expensive flagship phone and it still wasn't repaired then started the battle with repair men and SAMSUNG. They told me they will pick it up and get it repaired so my phone was away AGAIN for 5 weeks this time they found the fault, one of my cameras burned so it was replaced. Got my phone back not even 2 weeks and there is no network signal for 8 days. So I went back to MTN this morning and they tried again and couldn't fix it. I called Vaughn at SAMSUNG Call Centre, now they told me the phone must be repaired AGAIN!!!!, I have my own bussiness and make my living by receiving calls and making bookings. For 8 days now I couldn't receive any phone calls or make any phone calls!! How are SAMSUNG going to rectify this?? I want a NEW PHONE WITHOUT all these faults because at this stage I am even considering to stop my contract with MTN and go to Vodacom, and also STOP my payments for my phone UNTIL he is REPAIRED or REPLACED WITH A NEW PHONE and seeing a lawyer for my loss of income due to the fact that my phone which is SAMSUNG claims to be the best has FAILED me.. In other words SAMSUNG has failed me because all I hear is "we understand your frustration ma'm" no SAMSUNG you DONT!!!!!! because you receive my money but I have no phone and I am losing money because your phone(SAMSUNG) keeps giving problems!!! I am paying for a phone that is more with SAMSUNG and repairs than it is with me!!

PATHETIC service from the FRAUD department!! The service SUCK!!!! They can't even help me but said I must call again if the same problem comes up again. How will they be able to help me again???Fraud was commited on my bank account, they can't do anything, but if it happens again i must contact them? They can't even helped me this time around! For all they care the fraudsters can take all your money and that would not bother FNB...DISAPPOINTED!!!!
Good day, I just want to let EVERYBODY know how DISAPPOINTED I am in Samsung.....DISAPPOINTING is a UNDERSTATEMENT!!! There's something wrong with my selfie camera, I took my phone ( SAMSUNG S22 ULTRA, TOP OF THE RANGE PHONE - suppose to be....) to our local MTN store, to send it to technicians to have a look at my phone. My phone is still under guarantee. It came back, still not fixed, technicians don't know whats wrong, MTN send it away AGAIN( 2nd time), it came back, STILL THE SAME PROBLEM. Samsung called me and said I must go back to MTN and asked them to follow a procedure, called CPA..... after I asked Samsung to replace my phone in connection with the problem, cause the technicians cant even fix it. I went to MTN this morning, and the lady at MTN told me she doesn't know such a procedure as CPA. Now i must send my phone back for the THIRD TIME!!!!! I am SÓ frustrated, and i dont think its fair to send it away again for the THIRD TIME, because I have to pay my contract, but I don't have a phone.....i dont think its fair.....after all I feel that Samsung could have replaced my phone after the 2nd time around.....if the technicians can't find the problem the 1st time , and again a 2nd time, what makes you think a THIRD TIME is going to be successful???!!! SAMSUNG, CAN YOU PLEASE REPLACE MY CURRENT PHONE WITH A NEW ONE? SAMSUNG S22 ULTRA
Went to Edgars today, stand in a queue for approximately 30min, just to find out my account was closed. I had this account for MANY MANY years and Edgars have the audacity to just close my account. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED
I am very disappointed in SAMSUNG S22 ULTRA. Got mine near the end of July 2022, and about 6 weeks ago my selfie camera got disfunctional. I wanted to take a selfie and out of the blue It keeps saying camera failed. I was disappointed because it is TOP OF THE RANGE PHONE up to date.I took it to Verona at local MTN STORE, where i got my contract, they sent it to MTN TECHNICIANS, it came back last week, they said they couldn't find anything wrong with camera. Verona took a look at it and saw the camera was STILL DISFUNCTIONAL, before she let me know my phone was here, she did a check-up!!! So she's going to send it back again. ITS VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING, because I am paying a contract for a phone I dont have. It is still under guarantee, so why cant i get a new phone? How will the MTN TECHNICIANS be able to get the fault on my SAMSUNG S22 ULTRA the SECOND TIME around, if they couldn't find it the first time??? VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MTN TECHNICIAN. I was so excited to get this TOP OF THE RANGE PHONE AND NOW IT HAS DISAPPOINTED ME.....here at MTN and even Vodacom they told me I'm the first person with a comeback on this TOP OF THE RANGE Samsung s22 ultra phone. Pathetic service!! Haven't heard anything from them. Would not recommend anyone to buy from them
